3 bedroom+1 studio lockoff unit with 3.5 bath townhouse in Eagle-Vail. We are centrally located 10-15 minutes away from two world-renowned ski resorts: Vail and Beaver Creek. We are also within walking distance of the Eagle-Vail golf course. Come enjoy our indoor private sauna. Or, explore everything that our community offers, like swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, and a playground for kids. We are at the perfect location for you to start your adventures!

Please take note of our layout. There is a short flight of stairs from the parking lot to the front door. Our unit also has multiple flights of stairs. This allows for increased privacy for each guest, but does require the ability to climb stairs!

Living arrangement is as follow:
-1st/Main entrance floor: Bedroom #1 has a king sized bed. Bedroom #2 has a queen trundle with a twin pullout bed. Full bath with double sink vanity. Washer and Dryer.
-2nd Floor: Living room with large sofa. Has TV, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, half-bath, dry sauna, dry bar and games.
-3rd Floor: Master bedroom with king bed and large master bathroom.
-Lower level Lock-off Studio Unit: Has its own outdoor entrance along with an indoor entrance from the main unit. Has its own king size bed and a sofa. There is a TV, full size kitchen with a 3-in-1 table (can be used as dining table, ping pong table or pool table). It also has its own full bath and washer and dryer.

**Like many mountain communities, we DO NOT provide air conditioning. Our weather is very mild during the warm season. We do provide heat via baseboards that are controlled by thermostats. Please wear layers and dress accordingly.

**Parking is available for free! We have an indoor garage parking space and two outdoor parking space! The garage can also be used to store any of your gears (skis, bikes, golf clubs, etc.).

** We have two full kitchens. We provide salt, pepper, olive oil and sugar. Cookware, bakeware, plates, cups, and utensils are included. Appliance list include: microwave, Keurig that allows for k-cups and filtered coffee, electric kettle for hot water, Vitamix blender, toaster and charcuterie board. **The Eagle-Vail community has many wonderful amenities! We are right next to the Eagle-Vail golf club. In the winter, the golf course is also great for sledding, cross country skiing, and snow shoeing. The neighborhood also has a swimming pool, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball court, and a large playground. Please check the community website for hours and availabilities of amenities! Eagle River is nearby for fishing, white water rafting and kayaking.

**We provide fast, free wifi throughout the home! Smart TV is available in the master bedroom, lock-off unit, and living room.
