Set in a beautiful wooded area in Sevierville, TN, this new build, 2 story hillside cabin with modern furnishings and décor offers a group of up to 8 friends or family cozy comfort and seclusion.

Approach the cabin up its curvy drive that cuts through the trees and there it is, your brand new escape-from-it-all woodland home. There’s plenty of parking space for your vehicles, so pull up and feel yourself beginning to relax and unwind as you breathe in the fresh air. Please note that the driveway is steep due to the elevation of the property.

Before moving inside, you’ll probably want to take in the spectacular views of the beautiful wooded area. There are two decks that let you admire your surroundings in comfort, the upper deck featuring a hot tub and seating beside a warming gas fireplace, with the lower deck patio area featuring more seating, rocking chairs, corn hole game and horseshoes. There’s also a charcoal grill available by the front porch so you can rustle up some tasty food in the great outdoors during your stay.

OPEN CONCEPT LIVING ROOM, DINING AREA AND KITCHEN
Moving inside now, to a space that’s sure to delight, amaze and relax you in equal measure. This is a bright, open space with high ceilings and large windows that really let the natural light flood in. You’re sure to appreciate the large fireplace whatever time of year you’re staying here, for its beauty, in colder times of the year and for the snug heat it gives off. The couch, which converts into a double bed is placed close by so you can cozy-up together and enjoy your favorite TV show or movie.

Directly behind the sofa is more seating - the dining table with room for 6 to gather and perhaps celebrate a special occasion or just enjoy each other’s company for snacks and meals. And the adjacent kitchen is where you can prepare those refreshments in style. Like the rest of the cabin, it’s packed with the brand new, including a large fridge/freezer, oven and stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. Plus all the cookware and utensils. And because it’s all part of an open concept space, whoever’s making the snacks and meals needn’t miss out on what’s going on in the living area.

2 Bedrooms
Both of the bedrooms feature comfortable beds that are sure to help you relax and recharge after a busy day of exploration and adventure. The master bedroom features a king size bed and a 43” LED smart TV, plus an ensuite bathroom. While downstairs, the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space for you to keep your bags and belongings.

2.5 Bathrooms
You can get ready to go out in style in the cabin, whether you prefer freshening up under a shower or in a tub, as there’s a choice of both in here. Towels will be provided by your hosts, so no need to pack those. Just get ready to enjoy relaxation and reinvigoration in brand new bathroom suites.

Game room / Den
Another space in which you can relax together. It features a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed if required, and offers up great views of the LED smart TV which lets you access your favorite streaming services. This room offers a foosball table, so why not arrange a tournament during your stay to see who’s the soccer champion? It also features bunk beds, so is sure to be a favorite of the kids (or big kids) in your group. And because exploring the great outdoors can get a little messy at times, the washer/dryer in here is sure to come in handy.

Come to unplug from it all. Due to being remote and away from the busyness of being in town and traffic, our only internet option is satellite. On a good day its stable and can stream, but the network is not 100% reliable and during busy times can get congested and impact the network quite a bit. Not suitable for remote work requiring heavy upload and download bandwidth, online gaming or video conferencing.
