Cheerful three bedroom cottage - easy beach access

Enjoy a multi mile beach that feels private most of the year at our Willoughby Spit beach house. We are located across the street from the beach and only 1/2 block to the beach access. You will have the entire house to yourself - no shared walls, no assigned parking spaces, no shared washer and dryer. We have three outside decks for grilling and relaxing and our kitchen is fully stocked with complimentary coffee, wine and snacks.

This two story single family home is 1,448 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms 2-1/2 bathrooms.

The kitchen, living room, dining room and half bath are located on the first floor. The second floor has three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has an adjoining master bathroom. The master bedroom has a private second floor deck.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed The third bedroom has a full size bed. The hallway bath has a with stand up shower and jacuzzi tub.

Guest access
Access to the home is by steps up to front and back decks. Two paved parking spots at the front of the driveway and lots of additional parking in the gravel driveway toward the back deck. Grocery store, coffee, and restaurants 3 mins away.
