WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE RECOMMENDED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS.

~ GROCERIES: The nearest grocery store, Robins Roost, is about a 15 minute drive (depending on traffic)
~ PARKING: This home has a large driveway for your parking needs. The garage is not available for guest use at this time.
~ SNOWMOBILING/ ATVs: Access to hundreds of miles of trails right from the front door
