Great location- can walk to anything you might imagine doing while in the downtown area of Frankfurt. The property is very new and modern. A perfect home away from home for a couple of days.

This apartment was perfect for our trip to Frankfort to visit a few distilleries along the bourbon trail. Super convenient, clean, and nicely finished. Highly recommend!

My wife and I throughly enjoyed this location on our recent trip to Kentucky. It is centrally located to several distilleries, and is conveniently located to several restaurants. A couple of minor adjustments would make this place almost perfect. The water pressure in the shower is not good, my wife has long hair, and struggled to get all the shampoo rinsed out. The key box outside the location is a little frustrating, it would be so much easier to just have a key pad on both doors. We reccommend this location, and would stay there again.

Great location and fun town!

Our host Ben was easy to work with on our reservation and stay! David, the House of Commons bar owner is knowledgeable on Frankfurt and whiskey flights! The apartment was gorgeous and well equipped for your stay! When we were there the internet was choppy, but we came to play, not work or watch TV. I would stay here again!

Wonderful Frankfort Apartment

We had a great stay in Frankfort for a bourbon and Railbird weekend. It was a great location and Frankfort was the perfect town to stay in.

Quick vacay on the Bourbon Trail

For those who need a nice vacay - this location has it all! Several amazing coffee shops, restaurants and taverns are within walking distance. Everyone is very nice and they even close down the Main Street at night to cars. Enjoyed my time and will be back!

Great stay over Derby weekend!

Wonderful place to stay during the Derby festivities. Only issue is I did not receive communication regarding check in and had to contact host.

Bourbon Trail Excursion

We loved the town of Frankfort, and this unit was perfectly located near the local bars & restaurants. It was the perfect size for my wife and me.

Great stay great location

Stay was wonderful. Had a lot to do near the condo. Had some issues with vrbo not allowing easy communication with our hosts but everything was figured out with one call.

My wife and I just returned from wonderful stay in KY including this spot in downtown Frankfort. This was our first stay in the area, but we will be back. The owner was available to answer any questions and even reached out to us to see if we needed anything upon arrival. Great location; clean and comfortable place in the heart of Frankfort. Loved the decor as well as the convenient location for restaurants and bars as well as experiencing bourbon distilleries.

Gorgeous & fantastic location!

We loved the location. We walked to local restaurants each evening & grabbed local coffee every morning. The apartment is amazing, very charming & is equipped with everything you’d need. The parking is tricky, but we made it work. We talked about how much we loved Frankfort & the surrounding countryside so we will definitely be back & stay here again.

Excellent spot

This is a great little place to stay while you’re taking in Frankfort. It’s conveniently located, aesthetically pleasing, clean, presented accurately on the listing, and has a good energy about it. It checks the boxes and some intangibles. One thing I’d say to be aware of is there can be a bit of noise from water and people in adjacent spaces, but this was by no means untenable and, for us, didn’t impact the quality of the space.

Phenomenal Space - Beautiful Community - Amazing Memories

Beautifully adorned spaces, (the entire building all 3 floors were renovated) it was so relaxing and peaceful the 2 nights we spent here. A sleeper of a Capital city, downtown was walkable and welcoming. From dining to drinks every experience was memorable. A must stop for drinks is HOC: A Bourbon Library on the main floor of this space to see Dave and his team. Just ask him to prepare you something not on the menu and be amazed. A wonderful community feel and moments created during our time here. It will be fun to return and look forward to visiting again. Melinda was such a gracious host, going above and beyond to make certain our stay was wonderful!

Stunning place...great town

My husband and I were looking for a unique place to stay in Frankfort, while we toured some Bourbon Distilleries. We stumbled upon this beautiful VRBO. Hosts Ben and Melinda did an outstanding job renovating and decorating this unit. We were alittle confused finding the door, we didn't realize the unit was named Neutral Ground. Once we figured it out. Wow...it was even better than the pictures showed. Super comfortable, had everything you need and more. It was nice to walk around the cute town, have dinner, stop in the Bourbon Library for a cocktail, then walk back to our room. I would defiantly stay here again. Probably the nicest VRBO I have ever stayed in.

Perfect choice!

Property is exactly as pictured! Furniture and bed extremely comfortable, water pressure excellent, kitchen has everything you need. Located right downtown with cafes, bars, and everything you need within one block. Short drives to Buffalo Trace, Castle Key, and Woodford distilleries, just 30 mins to Lexington or Louisville destinations. Ben was fantastic!! Met us at check in, at midnight, in a driving rainstorm. Thank goodness since the initial entry to the property required a key from a lockbox that wasn’t immediately obvious. Could have been the lateness of the hour and the weather but once inside we couldn’t have chosen a better place. Def stay there again. Thanks Ben!
