Great location close to The Village. The amenities in the complex were really nice. The condo accommodated a lot of people; however the kitchen and master bath were small. The finishes have been updated nicely. Our only complaints were the uncomfortable pillows and cheap toilet paper. Overall, it was a nice condo and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a good time location was great , pool and Jacuzzi were nice to have we would stay there again!

Poor

when we are settling in, we saw that there were spider webs on the light fixture above the dining table. there were trashes not picked up. wine glasses had lip stains and finger prints on. potato peeler still had potatoes stuck on the blades. The dish washer was not emptied. Its not like we checked in early at all. We checked in like 7pm and they were not ready. WHen I mentieond all these to the owner or the property manager, they just replied once and never did anything. It was expensive for the filthy place. Things were not organized nor cleaned. Worst of all They didn't try to make it better. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Elaine, this review is very misleading. We are so incredibly sorry that you were unhappy with your stay. This condo was in no way dirty upon your arrival and we responded immediately to you. We offered on several occasions to have the housekeeper come back to the property, which you did not respond to. We were unable to verify any of these issues outside of a small spider web at the very top of the dining room light. Unfortunately, having homes in the mountains lends itself to some issues like this no matter how hard we try. This condo is very nice and offers excellent accommodations for Mammoth and is cleaned regularly by professional staff and laundry services. We check all accommodations prior to guest arrival to insure there are no issues. If something does happen, we are available 24/7/365 to respond immediately and this review is a very unfair portrayal of this property and our services.
