Great spot for New York Marathon, Thanksgiving parade, and many more.
Also very close to Columbus Circle, Broadway Shows, and all major subway lines.
Surrounded by grocery stores, coffee shop, restaurants.

Since it's pretty strict building, I cannot take any guests who cannot arrive at the building by 8pm. So sorry about that. It's only on the check-in date.

Early check-in and late check-out are available, but guest must provide email, whatsapp contact, arrival & departure time, either flying or driving or traveling by train or bus, when booking.

All guests stay with host’s belongings and cannot use all closet space, but no worry, host provides way more than enough storage space and clothing rack.

There are 2 twin (with trundle) beds in a living area and 1 queen bed in a bedroom.

There is a TV, but no cable service in the unit. You can bring your own apple TV. Host provides only WiFi with password.

There is no washer & dryer inside the unit, but the laundry room is in the building basement.

Parking is across from the building. (Guest pay for it)

If guests need cleaning service during their stay, it's $150/cleaning. (Guest pay for it)
