This place was so peaceful and quiet.We enjoyed the rocing chairs on the porch to have our morning coffee. It was so adorable inside and had everything you would need.

I can’t say enough about this lovely little home. Its location was perfect for short trips to Sedona, Jerome, Camp Verde, Cottonwood, etc. It felt like home, so comfortable. Our host, Colleen, was friendly and easily accessible for any questions we had. My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful getaway for my birthday weekend; Verde Railroad trip, quaint restaurants and shops. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Brilliant Experience!

The cute little house was beautifully decorated and conveniently located for easy drives to Sedona, Jerome, Prescott and Cottonwood. It is even walking distance to the Verde Valley Railroad. The host Colleen was super helpful and promptly responded to our questions. We will most certainly rent again and recommend to all our friends.

Everything about this VRBO was perfect! The host is so friendly and accommodating, and every detail was thought out. Very courteous communication and I knew if we needed anything, she would be right there, ready to assist. The home is coY and comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. We would totally stay there again!

Old miners home excellently remodeled. Very clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed. Nice property. Close to Verde Canyon Railroad station. Walking distance to the village. We will come back.

Beautiful property

Beautiful property. Home was clean and comfortable. Close to everything. Owner had great communication. Only thing i would change is having a key lock box so you can arrive leisurely. Not a deal break but i like the convince of arriving when I want after check in time. Bed was wonderful. Would stay again.

Our Favorite Place in Arizona

What a wonderful find in Clarkdale, a beautiful totally remodeled home, it is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to all attractions to include bars and restaurants. Only 15 minutes to Jerome and 5 minutes to old Town Cottonwood. The home has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen for a Chef, the rooms are large and comfortable with a great HVAC system. The Hostess Colleen was absolutely wonderful, she accommodated a shift in dates due to us being delayed in a snowstorm, she was always there for us, even finding a replacement remote for the tv. We had absolutely no issues and Love this place we will definitely return next year. If you want a wonderful place to stay in the area, stay here, you wont be sorry.

Colleen is a fantastic host! The house is beautiful, well-stocked, and extremely quiet and comfortable. Great location - easy access to Cottonwood, Jerome, Verde Canyon train, and wineries! We will be back!

Romantic Getaway for Two!

Quick weekend to look for real estate

Beautiful cottage home, tastefully decorated and warm feel!! Bedroom bed is the most comfortable and cozy. Colleen is such a wonderful and accommodating hostess. Response was quick and access super easy!! Close to downtown Cottonwood, great restaurants and so much more! Had an amazing long weekend 🙌 😊

Beautiful Cozy Cottage for 2

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cozy historic cottage. The interior remodel is attractive and comfortable. Peaceful quiet neighborhood in a friendly little AZ town. The owner was a pleasure to communicate with from booking the home until the end of our stay. We hope to return for another get-away and stay.

Amazing Getaway

This house is beautiful. The owners thought of everything, even extra toothbrushes and toothpaste! This property has been remodeled and it just shines. It is fresh and bright. Bed is very comfy. Kitchen has ALL you need. Even has washer and dryer. Backyard is peaceful with lots of sitting. Gorgeous front porch with rockers. We came to celebrate our anniversary and Colleen even had a sign ans a bouquet of flowers waiting for us. The town is quaint and quiet. We cannot wait to come back!!

Perfect home!

This home is a dream! Located in a Clarkdale historic neighborhood, it exceeded expectations. Quiet and close to everything you need. 5 minute drive to Cottonwood to enjoy eateries, wineries or shopping. Close to Jerome, Sedona and Cornville. Colleen was so welcoming and accommodating. The home immaculate, bed and pillows so comfortable, fully equiped kitchen. Backyard had 2 areas to star gaze or just sit and relax. Highly recommend! We will be back.

Short stay

My husband and I came to Clarkdale for a wedding and found this cute homw to stay in. It was very well maintained, clean and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed the sitting space in the backnyard as we waiting for the next wedding event. It was very close to the venue.
