- **Lake Access**: Guests may enjoy the views and designated lake areas but do not have access to community lakes or common areas, which are privately owned.

- **Hot Tub Maintenance**: Weekly professional spa maintenance will be performed for your health and safety. Notification will be provided in advance.

- **Booking Requirements**: Must be 25 or older to book; the booking guest must be present at check-in.

- **No Smoking or Pets**: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited indoors.

- **Quiet Community**: Please keep noise to a minimum as this is a peaceful residential area.

No Air Conditionin: Not common at this elevation; summer months remain cool with low humidity.
