This property was perfect. All new inside. The cleanest property we have ever stayed at. Beds are so comfortable. The host Heidi was great to work with and so accommodating. Beautiful kitchen, The house is everything you wish for in an oceanfront beach house.

Absolutely perfect stay for 8 family members. House is immaculate and so well stocked for every need. Special touches from the owners who were super communicative. Love Plum Island and would go back in a heartbeat.

The house is well equipped with everything you would need for a week away at the beach. We had plenty of room and the house is very well kept. It was a wonderful week. Bonus: it is right next door to Mad Martha's so breakfast/lunch is easy!

This property is a beautiful beach home with all the amenities you could ask for in a rental property. All you really need to bring are your clothes and food, everything else is supplied for you.I can not say enough about how wonderful the owners are. They are extremely quick to respond to any questions you may have. We had a little problem with the grill and one of the owners drove up from the cape that same evening to remedy the problem. They treat their clients as if they are family. You will not be disappointed if you rent this beach house!p

What a beautiful home! This home had everything! Proximity to beach, well appointed and clean home, comfortable beds. Accommodated 8 adults from 20-76 with room to spare. Thank you Heidi for hosting us!

Great house, spectacular location

We had a wonderful stay here. Just cross the street and then you are on the beach! Our group included some families with young kids so the multi floor layout with separate kitchens and living rooms worked out perfectly for us. We could all be together but when the kids were up in the morning, it didn’t disturb our friends who wanted to sleep in. We loved spending days in the waves and evenings walking on the beach as the sun set. Property is clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, and exactly as pictured. The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating, offering us an early check in and extra hours in the parking spots for beach time on check out day. They gave us helpful information about check in and the area and even delivered something we were missing during our stay. You will not be disappointed (and you won’t want to leave) if you stay here!

Beach Getaway

We had the most wonderful time in Plum Island. The house was absolutely perfect— extremely clean with everything we could have needed, (i.e. beach chairs, cooking/grilling materials, beach access, gorgeous deck). The weather really came through for us and I don’t think we could have asked for a better time. Heidi was extremely responsive and incredibly kind and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and the hosts made everything so easy! No complaints and would absolutely return again. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!

Beautiful House

The house itself was beautiful and there was plenty of space for all of us. We've been having a "Girl's Week" for the past 21 years on Plum Island and there are only two of us that stay the whole week, and the rest of the ladies stay from 2 days to 5 days. This was one of our favorite houses because there was plenty of sleeping room for all of us and there was plenty of parking. The other things that stand out are the decks, that were so nice and that we had plenty of supplies that lasted the week along with the beach towels and bath towels. The basket of goodies was very nice and a personal touch that started the week making us feel special and welcomed into your home. It rained every day but we managed to get to the beach in between the rain because the beach was so close and easy to get back to the house when it started. We went to Beach Jam on Thursday night, which was awesome, until it started to rain and had to be stopped. I highly recommend going to see the live music on the beach at Annapolis Way. We also ate in Newburyport at The Poynt and it was great! We also ordered breakfast from Mad Martha's several mornings and that was delicious. They even delivered to us. We ate at The RipTide one night and it was very good. All in all, despite the rain we had a great time. There's not many things better than spending time with family and friends on Plum Island in a great place!

Amazing Summer Trip!

This house is a 10/10! The house was exactly as pictured and very clean. The amenities and location were outstanding! Heidi was a pleasure to communicate with and quick to answer any questions. I’d highly recommend!

Best VRBO ever!!!

We had the best trip ever at this location. I’ve stayed in a bunch of properties and this was by far our favorite! Our group was 13 people and we all fit comfortably. The house is better than the photos, very well stocked and the location is amazing! We came in from Arizona and didn’t have to bring anything with us other than our clothes due to how well stocked this place was. The kids had a blast and so did the adults. We would stay here again! Heidi was very communicative and so very kind. Her son was also the nicest kid ever! We loved our stay!

Amazing beach house!

We had the best time staying at Paul & Heidi's beach house! The house was even better than the pictures showed - it was spacious with tons of natural light. There are more than enough beds for a group, which were extremely comfortable. You can tell that Paul & Heidi put a lot of though and care into creating a beautiful, comfortable stay for guests. There was even a basket of toiletries in case anyone forgot anything along with a welcome basket. Heidi was very responsive and gave us a great list of local spots to check out. I already want to go back! This was my best VRBO experience I've had!

The best VRBO ever

The house is absolutely beautiful. It is new, immaculate and clean, the design and furnishings are wonderful, and the location is perfect with the beach right across street. There is everything you could possibly need, including a brand new electric mixer that was purchased just for us! Heidi is so kind and generous and so easy to communicate with. We all loved our long weekend and would definitely come back again!

Great week at the beach!

Beautifully renovated and decorated house. It was clean and very well stocked, above and beyond with all of the essentials. Great water views from the upper level. Ideal location, directly across the street from a beautiful and expansive beach that we felt like we had to ourselves. Plenty of food options close by. The hosts were very accommodating, thoughtful, quick to respond, and made the check in process very easy. Our family loved the house and surrounding area and we plan to come back next year!

Our stay was amazing!

We were one of the first renters in this newly renovated home. We rented both floors for our family of 8 adults and 1 baby and we couldn’t be more comfortable. We had plenty of space to hangout and more than enough rooms to sleep in! This renovation was meticulously done. They did not skimp on anything, from the extremely comfortable beds to the fluffy linens to the quality kitchen appliances and cookware. Everything was new and extremely clean. Having a dishwasher and washer/dryer was especially convenient for our large family, you don’t see that in most beach rentals. The house is conveniently located, walking distance to the store to grab some drinks or snacks and an easy walk to the beach-simply right across the street. So easy to go back to the house to use the bathroom or get some lunch. The beach is gorgeous and felt private-not crowded at all. We spent a lovely day in downtown Newburyport and had a delicious Fisherman’s Platter dinner at Bobs. Our hosts were fantastic and they were extremely responsive to any messages I sent, even if it was a quick question. This gorgeous home was one of the best rentals I have ever done and I would definitely rent again and would highly recommend!
