Spend days on the lake paddle boarding, Kayaking, Canoeing, floating on a Lilli Pad, floating on water chairs, swimming off the dock, or fishing. We provide all of these for your enjoyment.

For the boater, bring your boat or jet skis, or rent and keep at your private dock (17 feet deep) to explore the 300 miles of shoreline on Lake Keowee, waterfalls, jumping rocks and sandy beaches.

Soak in the Hot Tub while enjoying the lake view, sit around the outdoor firepit at night under the stars or spend days and evenings relaxing and grilling on the covered upper and lower porches.

Enjoy hiking? You are within minutes’ drive to some of the best in South Carolina - Keowee Toxaway State Park (7 min), Devil’s Fork, and Table Rock State Parks both 20 min.

For the golfers, The Rock Golf Club and Resort is a 20-minute drive.

For the Tennis/Pickleball players, a court is minutes away in our gated community.

Dining, bars and shopping in Seneca, Clemson Easley and Pickens are a 20–30-minute drive.

The house is not childproofed. Baby gates are available to protect children from stairs.
Security cameras are in front of the house and in back on the dock. There are NO indoor cameras.
