NEW listing for 2023. 4 miles to EAA, close to downtown. This home features sweeping views of Lake Winnebago, outdoor hot tub and convenient lake access. Bedrooms have queen beds, two with additional bunk beds plus an open bonus room with pull out couch brings the sleeping total to 12 adults. Bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms are brand new! High end appliances, tiled bathrooms, jetted tub, and even a Laundry room that was used for a Speed Queen washer/dryer shoot.
The space
The house is big and open, around 4,000 sq/ft! The bedrooms are huge! The open concept living room and kitchen have big windows with beautiful views of Lake Winnebago and Menominee park. The laundry room was used as photo/video shoot set for Speed Queen (and include the brand new, top of the line front loaders for guest use). 4 miles of walking trails around Menominee Park, fishing pier are right out your door. Boat launch, zoo, playgrounds and gorgeous lakefront are all walking distance.
Guest access
The main house living space including 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room and laundry room are exclusively for guest use during your stay. There are two shared spaces with the owner. 1. The large 2nd story deck of the master bedroom. 2. The rec room off the laundry room. Guests may not access the garage and the two bedrooms above the garage/rec room. Those are working home office spaces and the owner will be periodically using.

We are Nate and Christina and have three kids, Leo, Leroy and Hartley. I graduated from UW Oshkosh in 2001 and have been Oshkosh residents since 2005. We are excited to share our newly renovated home.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
This neighborhood is amazing! Our previous house was just about 5 blocks away and for years we were hoping to find a house along Menominee Dr that would be suitable for our growing family and home based businesses. This area is where all of Oshkosh goes to hang out, enjoy the lake, the sprawling Menominee Park, and take in the natural beauty. You'll see kids in the park, people fishing, people sunbathing, reading books, cross country teams training, dog walkers, sailboat regattas, kite flyers... anything and everything to enjoy the outdoors. Finally a house came up for sale! We jumped on it and for two years we did extensive renovations from top to bottom.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
It is the closest house to the water in the entire neighborhood without actually having waterfront property. Just walk across the road and you're there! The lake views are sweeping, the sunrises are amazing. The entire 2nd story is new construction with a huge master bedroom. The 2nd story deck is a great place to hang out. We love the openness of the entire house. All the rooms are really big and living space/kitchen is all open concept. If you are into cooking, we have a high-end Italian range/oven and a gigantic kitchen.
