This beautiful condo is a one-bedroom, 2 bath, built-in bunk bed, 1 sleeper loveseat, kitchen, dinette, living room, leather couches, large wall-mounted TV, and a balcony with a full gulf view. This condo can sleep up to 5 comfortably.

Seychelles is convenient to the area's best dining, nightlife, water park, zoo, deep sea fishing, sailing, diving, snorkeling, Shell Island, and other area attractions.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. I would suggest getting 2 more balcony chairs to replace the 2 Adirondack chairs. Plastic on them was questionable for sturdiness.

Amazing vacation!

Everything about our stay was above and beyond expectations. This condo was super clean and well stocked with whatever you could possibly need for a wonderful beach vacation. There was a problem with the AC before we arrived which Andre immediately let us know and had a repair man on site. It was fixed within an hour of our arrival. Andre personally stopped by to ensure it was working properly and to our satisfaction. The Seychelles property is in a perfect location. Close enough to everything but on the outskirts of the crazy. Will definitely stay here again!

This condo is perfect guys! We stayed here last year and plan on staying next year. It was clean, and if something was not working right, Andre had it fixed within the same day!

Overall really great place!

Andre, the host, was so responsive and kind! The unit was exactly as shown in photos, and it was perfect for a quick getaway. My only concern throughout the stay was that the door to the condo did not have any deadbolts or locks in addition to the keypad meaning the door was able to open any time you turned the handle from inside. Having an adventurous toddler, that did make me nervous, and I’d recommend adding a manually locking mechanism. Again, aside from that, the stay was great and Andre was an excellent host!

The most organized and relaxed vacation ever!

I cannot say enough great things about staying at Seychelles. This was our second trip here and it’s become our go-to place where we know we can trust and have a great time. The whole process couldn’t be easier and the communication with our property manager was top-tier. Super clean, family friendly, and right on the beach. The whole staff is very welcoming and wants to make sure you have everything you need to ensure a wonderful, smooth vacation.

Beautiful view!

Our family loved the condo because we had a breathtaking view of the Gulf! We were able to go out on the balcony and watch the sea life every morning while watching the sun rise. Our host was very friendly and quick to respond with any answers to our questions! We are planning another trip in the fall and hope to stay at this location again if it is available!

Great Condo! Very Clean!

The view from the balcony was amazing. The unit was very clean with a large washer and dryer which is always a plus! The beds and sofa bed were comfortable and the AC was super cold. No complaints at all, we hope to rent again in the future

July 20-27, 2024 PCB stay at AWESOME property!

First walking in, extremely clean and the view was UH-MAZE! We were 6 people, 5 adult ladies and one teen. We used the pull out couch bed (very comfortable), both the bunks, and had 2 in the queen bed. Was enough room for all of us. Access to the beach was great, elevators were fast and always clean. We were lucky with Yellow Flags every day so lots of water time. Communication with Andre was quick, and when we asked for an extra blanket he brought it right up because he lives in the building. He even spent some time with us talking about the rental marker in PCB, which was really nice. Overall, the rental was way more than we expected, Seychelles is a really nice building, Schooners next door is really handy, and if we come back we'll stay here again!

Paradise at the Beach

Let me start by saying that the boat is one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Set your mind at ease booking with Andre! The condo itself is clean, modern, and well-appointed. And the view is nothing short of priceless! The complex has great pools and great beach access. I give this property a 10/10!

A wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the owner was a pleasure. He was available if we needed anything at all and was prompt in answering our questions. The views at this condo are amazing. We would definitely stay here again. Definitely give this place a 10/10. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Quieter end of Panama City Beach. Less congested, and still a ton of things to do. And best views on the beach.

I keep them very clean, I run dehumidifiers to cut back on excessive moisture, and I'm right downstairs, which means I can be super responsive when needed.
