Walk into your Coastal SeaRenity on a canal, with a beautiful screened in pool & outdoor living space! Enjoy kayak rides in the canals and into Matanzas River. The open floorpan lends to many areas to relax & enjoy with your loved ones & enjoy vacation together. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs & opens up to the outdoor space where you can also grill & chill! Beaches are less than 10 minutes away, European Village is a 5 minute drive & grocery stores are close by too!

This home sits on an expansive corner lot with ample privacy. The yard space is amazing and you can`t beat the canal view from the backyard. The screened in pool, with an attached covered patio is everyone`s favorite part. The outdoor space with a tv and many seating areas will be where you spend most of your time.

The living room, dining room and kitchen open up to one another and provide a large area where everyone can be tougher but also be doing all different things.

Canal access in the back has seating with a fire pit. There are also 2 kayaks for guest use. The boat on the boat lift is for owner use only.

- P O O L -

The pool can be heated for an additional $100/day, available October 15th through May 15th. please let us know if you would like us to set that up for you! If the heater has any issues or does not work during your stay this fee will be refunded. No other part of the booking cost will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!

Guests can use all areas of the home. The small shed in the back is locked for owner use and the boat is for owner use only.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If item(s) are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Pet Policy - We are happy to host your dogs! Please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dogs alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s) we love to hear about them!

*Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $150 for 1 or 2 dogs and $200 for 3 dogs for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
