Do you feel like taking a boat ride? Riding miles of brand new bicycle trails? Hiking numerous trails? Seeing waterfalls? Golf? Family friendly swimming? Antique shops? Bowling? Skating? Award winning restaurants? Or maybe just hanging around the house and sleeping late in your own quiet neighborhood across from the water while enjoying the warmth from the fireplace? These things and more can all be yours at this outstanding location, centrally located less than 5 min from any of the attractions listed. This home has room to sleep 6-7. Cable TV and high speed WiFi are just a couple of the standard amenities, as well as an enclosed garage to protect your vehicle from the rare storm. Laundry won’t be a problem with a washer/dryer on premises. Hate to do dishes…let the dishwasher do them for you. Feel like cooking your own meals…easy to do in a large kitchen with an equally large island with breakfast bar. The patio area is set up for entertaining or relaxing with plenty of comfy padded chairs and a BBQ grill. This is all located in a very quiet and SAFE neighborhood. So come to the lake and relax, eat, shop, and have a great time whether it’s a couple or a family. We look forward to you being our guest!

The Heber Springs home was a great stay. Very conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. The accommodations were very comfortable and everything was well stocked. The host even had some really cute Spring decorations around the home which made it feel like home.

Nice stay at a lovely home!

We spent a long Memorial Day weekend in this lovely home. The home was beautifully decorated for the holiday and it was wonderful stepping into a nice, cool home! This home is very close to the lake, which you can see from the front door. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay!

Excellent as always!

This place is perfect for us as we have family in town and it makes a great place to have them over for dinner with the ample seating outside. Very relaxing and great to have the garage access for easy loading and unloading. The host are very hospitable and welcoming. We’ll be back soon for a third stay!

Perfect Hideaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay here. If I could change one thing it would be to have a king sized bed in one of the bedrooms. Other than that I loved staying here and will definitely look to come back in the future. Wish I owned this little gem.

The house is was clean and fully furnished setting in a quiet neighborhood night and day. Across the street from the lake. Close to the center of town without the traffic and lights. The 2 car garage is also a plus!!

Taquila Drop Golf Tournament

We came to play in the tournament at the Red Apple Inn and stayed in Heber Spring at Sue's house. We were pleased to find the house to be better than expected. The house is very clean, nicely updated, and comfortable; it's situated in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The host is the best being very flexible and welcoming. The location is very convenient for the golf course and dining facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house for staying in Heber Spring area.

The Happy House 🏡

Great house I will list what is most important to me. Clean quiet great location comfortable beds quality sheets & pillows. I didn’t think I would use garage but it was a nice extra as I didn’t have to get out in the rain. It was just the perfect stay in every way. The pictures don’t do it justice as it is nicely decorated and very roomy. Plenty of room for family to visit. Also a nice covered back deck with comfortable chairs and rockers. Book now you won’t be disappointed. 5 star 🌟
