You and your guests will feel right at home when you stay at this spacious newly built home. Adventure is at your doorstep. This thoughtfully designed retreat is located near many attractions including hiking trails and world class fishing. The large kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, gas cooking stove, and beautiful stone countertops. This open floorplan allows the cook of the family to be apart of the action. The kitchen island seats 3 while the large dining table hosts 6 additional seats for family dining.

Curl up on the comfortable oversized couch, turn on the fireplace, and binge your favorite shows. The large 75` tv features LG channels, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, and Prime TV.

You will have ample space in the large master bedroom with king bed, dresser, 55` television, and large master suite with double sinks and walk in shower.

This split floorplan offers two additional bedrooms. The second bedroom features a queen bed while the third bedroom makes for a kids hangout with two bunkbeds. (One full and 3 twin beds)

Enjoy the great outdoors of Colorado with this private fully fenced yard. The family barbecues and outdoor dining will make for some great family memories. There is additional outdoor seating and rocking chairs for the entire family to gather.

Guests have access to the entire home.

We allow our guests full privacy but are available if needed.

Other Things to Note:
- This home is dog friendly, but guests must clean up after their pets. Guests are responsible for any damage caused. Limit of four dogs.
- For your heath and safety a professional spa technician will perform weekly maintenance on the hot tub. We will make every effort to notify you before technician arrives if possible. Technician will only need access to the hot tub area.
- AC is not common for mountain properties at this elevation. Even summer months are often cool with little to no humidity.
- Occasionally we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks that may be left behind from other guests. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
📷 Security Camera: A front door camera is in place for safety. No interior cameras for guest privacy.
🚙 ATV/UTV Policy: Unlicensed vehicles cannot be driven on county roads—please trailer them to nearby trails.
⌚Early Check-in/Late Checkout: Available at $35/hour (must be pre-approved & paid in advance).
🚭No Smoking: If smoking is found to have occurred inside the home, there will be a minimum $200 deep cleaning fee.
⏲️Guests that fail to vacate the property at the designated checkout (initial 15 minute grace period) will be subject to a fee of $75 for every half hour increment.
✅ Before You Arrive: To ensure a smooth and seamless stay, we require all guests to complete a short Rental Acknowledgement and registration form after booking. A secure link will be sent shortly. Once completed, we’ll send your check-in details.
