You will have access to the pool, gym, computer room, garage, lounge area and the entire apartment. One closet will be lock as that is the cleaners closet with cleaning supplies.

Absolutely NO PETS. You will be charged $250 for bringing an unauthorized pet of any sort into our home. 1. Check-in is at 4:00pm, absolutely no bag drop offs are allowed. (Early check-ins may be available at a $50 fee, ask host.)
2. The Cleaners will be at the property at 11:00 AM. Checkout is promptly at 11:00 am unless prior arrangements were made. (All unauthorized late check-out will be charged $60 after 20 minutes pass checkout. Also, a $60 per hour fee until checked out. The cleaners will charge me if you're not out, please check-out on time.
3. Parties are not permitted. This is our most important rule which will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed that were not previously stated on the reservation. ($50 per night for each unauthorize guest)
5. A RING doorbell camera is installed for the safety of all our guest, and for home security purposes. ANY sort of tampering with the camera will result in a $500 fine and cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
6. No smoking or vaping inside of the unit. Please step to the patio or outside to smoke, ensuring that either door is closed behind you so smoke don't enter inside. ($300 Fine if this rule is violated)
7. You are held responsible for any items that are broken/missing in the unit. Also, please avoid eating/drinking on the bed. Any linens that are found severely stained will be charged to you.
8. Guest cannot receive any packages via courier service or the mail, without prior approval from the host.
9. Quiet Hours starts at 10:00 PM. Please be courteous to the neighbors.
10. Last but not least, please treat our home with respect.

Cozy and comfy
it was a super comfy cozy apartment. Perfect for the location that we needed to go to NRG. And surrounding restaurants for eating out. It had all the essential needs that we needed coffee. Coffee cup, silverware bed, linens towels. We will definitely stay again when we are in the Houston area rodeo season

My overall stay was pleasant, and for the most part what I needed. There were a couple of really small things I noticed on the cleaning end that stood out to me but not a huge deal. I would suggest adding a note that the pool is closed on Monday. Pretty good location and easy check in and out process. Thank you!!

I was disappointed to see trash left in the common hallway area for my whole stay. The pool was also not available. I have been to this property before and it seemed to be maintained but it was different this time. The apartment is clean but needs to be maintained more. It was four months since my last stay and it definitely showed some wear and tear. The home smelled strongly of weed for multiple days of my stay. This must have been from the previous guest but the smell would not go away even with the door open quite a bit.
The communication was good and I was allowed to check in an hour early but I won’t stay there again.

Houston Rodeo
Spent 2 nights in this place during our visit to the Houston Rodeo. This was a great location, the property was beautiful especially loves the wall paper. Would stay here again. Wish the pool was open but it was really dirty, full of leaves so didn’t attempt, we don’t know if it was even heated. Loved the balcony over looking the pool very relaxing way to start or end the day. Parking was hard to get a space close to the unit we stayed in but finally got one & we just ubered to the rodeo. No real issues there were a few we had Imessaged them so they could address b4 the next guest, loose hand towel ring & soap dispenser needed replaced. Tub was a bit high to step in & out of so if u have any issues with this may be a problem. A grab bar would be helpful.

Accessibility of unit (elevator access) was misrepresented in listing.
I booked the 1BR unit for my elderly parents while visiting from out of town. Elevator access was listed as an accessibility feature in the rental description. Upon arrival, the elevator was broken, and we were told by building residents that it had not worked in "months." There is a second elevator in the building but it connects to every floor except the one my parents were booked on. This was confirmed by personal on-site inspection and discussion with residents on the same floor.
I requested a refund, since the unit was not safe for my parents. The management basically said the lack of accessibility is my problem, not theirs, and I am welcome to escalate to VRBO if I care to. Needless to say, I suggest you NOT book with this renter.

The pictures can be deceiving as this is not a pool level property which was one of the reasons we chose it. It does have a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was green and closed both days we stayed and still closed the day we left. The parking garage location is very convenient as it is by the stairs and very close to the apartment door, but there was litter in the garage and it was fairly dirty. It states that these are luxury apartments but I would say they are a bit run down looking though the interior has some nice touches and aesthetic upgrades. The location is great with a Starbucks within walking distance and lots of shopping within half a mile. We were there to go the stadium and it was a great location to get there within 12 minutes. The management company is very clear with communication and expectations. I would stay there again but with the understanding that it’s definitely not a new luxury property and I’d call to see if the pool was in working order prior to booking. That clearly is not the fault of the owner just possibly a testament to the age of the property and level of maintenance. If you don’t care about the pool and know it’s a bit older as an expanded property than it looks on pics, then it’s a great price and location.
