Nuestros condominios ecológicos 2BR son la escapada de vacaciones perfecta para 1 a 4 o 5 personas, que ofrecen una vista exuberante, verde y tropical, viviendas soleadas y espaciosas, 2 habitaciones completamente amuebladas con camas queen, aire acondicionado en ambas habitaciones y ventiladores de techo En todo, una cocina totalmente equipada y un baño individual.
Los apartamentos están ubicados en un edificio de estilo moderno con mucho estacionamiento en el lugar, junto con una bonita piscina y barbacoa, ubicada en la terraza de la piscina.
El precio del alquiler incluye servicio telefónico nacional, Wi-Fi, televisión por cable, agua caliente, estacionamiento y servicio de limpieza quincenal.
Los apartamentos están a 5-10 minutos a pie del centro de Quepos, donde encontrará supermercados locales, mercados de frutas, boutiques de ropa, bancos, farmacias y mucho más. También se encuentran a pocos kilómetros de hermosas playas de arena y del Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio ".
Nuestra oficina / recepción se encuentra en el lugar y estamos disponibles de 7 a.m. a 4 p.m. todos los días para ayudarlo con todo durante su estadía, incluidas las reservas de tours, reservas en restaurantes, servicio de taxi o información general sobre el área.

The entire property was super nice and secure. the 24 hour entrance guard is great. the apartment was spacious and comfortable and we were able to cook full meals in the well supplied kitchen. We had an issue with a fan and service was there in 10 minutes to fix it.The property's proximity to Manuel Antonio and Quepos is great. We drove everywhere and had no issues with secure parking. I would definitely come back ,

Great Condo in Quepos

Very nice condo right in Quepos with gated entry and extremely friendly staff. Cool, clean pool out front, everything you need is provided at the condo, and the AC works great.

Great location and staff

We loved the location as we could easily walk to and from town to get what we needed. The staff was so kind to answer question after question. We also thoroughly enjoyed the wildlife visits and nearby walks. The only reason I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 is because the furniture, including the beds, were so uncomfortable. If they would exchange some of the living room furniture and add a soft mattress topper , it would be perfect! Still loved our stay though.

Good place with good people.

It was convenient to walk into town. We usually took a cab back because of groceries and the steepness of the hill to get to our property. The property managers were very available and helpful. Everyone in town was very kind and helpful to us. I loved that the pool was in the shade for most of the afternoon. I swam every day. It was warmer, and the humidity was more than we had anticipated.

Everything was absolutely amazing !

I came alone, I felt safe and the staff were amazing! They answered any questions I had, gave me suggestions on food, good music and hikes! I will definitely be coming back! Beautiful waterfall as well!! If you stay here you have to make sure you check it out!

Nice place in a great location

This is a nice, clean condo, just as described. The resort is located in a beautiful secluded area just outside of Quepos and really close to Manuel Antonio. We saw a parrot, iguanas and lots of monkeys with their babies by the pool which were very cute and one of the highlights of our trip. The property managers were very welcoming and responsive.

Mono titis capuchins agoutis & scarlet macaws from balcony

Lots of wildlife. Titis & capuchins alternated afternoons visiting us. Not a comfortable seat in unit. Still, otherwise relaxing until family with 2 constantly screaming kids checked in next door. Scared away wildlife. Thankfully they only stayed 3 nights.

Allot of folks stayed in our 8 plex for extended stays and one night. Many retirees to young adults traveling Costa Rica. The grounds are steep but didn't affect my access but be aware if you are physically challenged. I appreciated the cleaning girls and maintenance gentleman they were very thorough. We would recommend again.

Glorious week in Quepos

Anders was the perfect host. He was always available for advice and if we just wanted general information . The tours are all very professional and lots of information. The SPA was perfectly set with a zen like garden and the masseuse were very professional and the whole experience was so good I did it twice for 2 hours Would highly recommend this venue Best wishes Mike

Great Experience

Communication was excellent and staff very helpful. Loved seeing the Monkey troop come and play outside our door. Beds were hard but comfortable. Driveway was extremely steep. Would stay there again!

Amazing villa just outside Quepos.

The entrance to the community can be a little tricky at first during peak traffic times (use the side street road when coming from/to Quepos, and the big fountain entrance when coming from/to Manuel Antonio), but we didn't have any issues getting in or out, and the guards were super friendly every time we pulled up. The villa is located up a really steep driveway with a sharp turn - fortunately we had a 4x4 so driving on the wet pavement was much easier (highly recommend this for traveling in Costa Rica anyways!). Parking was easy, even on an incline. The villa is huge inside! We had an upper unit, with a huge living/kitchen area, and the bedrooms were spacious enough, each with their own AC units. Every room also had a ceiling fan. We like to cook during our trip, and the kitchen was well equipped. Only thing we needed to get resolved was sharpening the kitchen knife - which they did the next morning, but apparently other travelers don't cook as much as us so no one else noticed? One thing that would be nice is some food storage containers for leftovers, but we made do. The fridge is modern and big enough for a temporary stay. The shower has a nice waterfall faucet - feels like the summer rain storms. The bedroom was actually really quiet - we didn't hear neighbors or dogs or animals at night. We only watched TV once, and the WiFi suited our needs for uploading IG photos and occasionally checking email. While we never really met the host in person, we were well looked after with communication before our trip (plenty of helpful information) and during in regard to local hiking spots (check out the El Salto cascade - a hilly walk, or drive to the dirt road if you don't want the exercise - we walked and learned). The pool was very refreshing after a day of adventuring, but we never did get over to the spa. Our six nights here were great and we definitely recommend this property!

A lovely stay in Quepos

I would highly recommend the apartments at Manuel Antonio Estates: clean, affordable, well-equipped, and within easy walking distance to the center of Quepos and a very cheap 15 minute bus ride to Manuel Antonio Park. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The pool is delightful and is visited daily by crowds of titi monkeys and capuchin monkeys. Like many places in Manuel Antonio, there is a climb up a hill to the apartments but it is well worth it. We enjoyed our two week stay here immensely.

Nature at your doorstep!

I can't say enough nice things about Manuel Antonio Estates. We were lucky to find this on VRBO. The managers were so very helpful in arranging or suggesting tours, transportation, restaurants, etc. All arranged transportation came right on time. The location was great for us as we really enjoyed being close enough to walk to restaurants and shops in town. Also, how fun is it to be able to sit on a porch in an afternoon and watch monkeys hang out in trees? Not to mention the toucans and even saw an agouti and its' baby walk by. If something needed to be fixed, it was taken care of right away. The staff was so very friendly too. Took advantage of the pool in the afternoon, very refreshing after a hot day of activity. Great for monkey sightings!

Very comfortable, spacious, well equipped unit. Whole region (including this property) is full of very steep inclines. Saw numerous iguanas and monkeys on the property!

Simply Amazing

The property was amazing, very convenient location to Manuel Antonio and surrounding areas. We had a rental car but walked to downtown Quepos every day. Loved this property and plan to stay again!

Worked good for us

Short walk to bus stop and mini mart. Made use of the farmers market.Enjoyed the animal visits.Didn't need a car with bus schedule and taxis.

great stay in Quepos

The apartment was very spacious and the pool a must have that time a year as it was very hot in Quepos. I wish I had picked a place with two bathrooms as it wasn't very convenient to have to wait for all of us (4) to shower before heading out to the many activities Quepos has to offer. The squirrel monkeys who come by everyday were so fun to watch! Angie was very helpful with restaurants recommendations and having a local phone in the apartment was very convenient. A drying rack would be a great addition. Overall, a great stay.

Good location for both Quepos and Manuel Antonio Park.

You can walk into Quepos or they will arrange a free ride to the Marina in the evening for you. It is a short way to the bus stop for Manuel Antonio. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Communication ahead of time with Dorit was good. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything, except a hair dryer, was available. The bed was comfortable. Be aware that there is a very steep driveway to walk up and then a good number of steps. My shower was not good. With the glass doors shut, it leaked, a lot, on the floor. Also, the water ran hot, then cold, hot, then cold. Out of three taps only one worked. A little stick that had been inserted somewhere under a door fell out, then the doors wouldn't slide. I could have been trapped in there but managed to squeeze out a small space.

Love this place
