After enjoying the sun and surf at the beach, retreat to your own oasis to recharge while you soak up the views, take a paddle on the bay, or land the catch of the day! 180 degree bay views and incredible sunsets await.

We have tried to think of everything you need to enjoy the perfect getaway. Bay Dream Believer, a new tiny home (RV), is the perfect home base whether you are seeking a quiet relaxing escape or craving new adventures!

**Relaxation**
* Take in the spectacular sunsets and abundant wildlife on the Back Bay from your covered gazebo and expansive deck.
* Go fishing in the Back Bay, 3 steps from your deck.
* Relax on the beach using our beach chairs and umbrella.
* Take advantage of the resort’s amenities - two outdoor pools, a sauna, playground, tennis/pickleball courts (we provide pickleball racket/balls for your use), fitness room, basketball court, and boat ramp for you to enjoy during your stay.
* Play cornhole with your family or friends while soaking up the views.
* Stay in and avail yourself of the 2 flat screen smart televisions with cable TV, WiFi, assorted board games, books and movies.
* Recharge and return home refreshed - no long list of cleaning and chores to do at check out!

**Adventure**
* Explore the bay on the included two seater kayak. Kayak paddles and life vests also provided.
* Hike or bike on the extensive trails in the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge and False Cape State Park. You can bring your bicycles or rent them locally.

**Your Cottage**
To ensure that you enjoy a restful vacation, there is a private master bedroom with a queen sized bed. This home also has a double loft with two twin beds and a lounging/play couch. Perfect for couples, small groups and families, this home sleeps up to 4 guests. There is also a gas grill, full kitchen (including dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave and basic housewares), and a private bathroom with standard plumbing fixtures (not RV or camper style). Pets are generally welcome and are subject to payment of an additional fee.

**Location**
This tiny home is conveniently located for visiting Sandbridge Beach. Although you could bike or walk to the beach, there is ample free on-street parking near the many public beach access points and this home is located near Little Island Park which provides parking, bathhouses, playground, and a fishing pier for your beach outing. The resort is two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, and this home is located on the water near the back of the resort to provide you additional privacy and unobstructed 180+ degree bay views.

Please note several important items: 1- This is a tiny home and as such is cozy and less than 400 sq ft total size. The loft area is suitable for smaller individuals only as the emergency exit windows and steep, narrow staircase with low head clearance are not well suited to larger individuals. 2- This tiny home is located in a gated RV resort. The other lots in the resort are privately owned and are occupied by other recreational vehicles of various types. 3- Due to the seasonal nature of rentals and the need to monitor our property when it is unoccupied, we have an exterior doorbell camera and an exterior camera facing the parking area. We have no interior cameras. We respect our guests’ privacy, but took this measure to ensure we can safeguard our property.
