Stadium Stays #7. Three city blocks from Lucas Oil stadium with Free Parking.

Completely remodeled within the 123 year old building is a cozy 1 Bed, 1 1/2 bath suite with additional pullout sofa to accommodate up to 4 guests for short stays from two days to a couple of weeks. With free parking on premise this a perfect location for doing business with Lilly or attending a trade show at our convention center. The property is within walking distance for attending a game or concert at either Lucas Oil stadium and/or Gain-bridge Arena. The kitchenette exceeds that of the best Kitchenette’s in the fanciest hotels with plenty of coffee pods to keep you going all day. Hi speed internet and wifi accommodates the work station with smart TV’s in both the main room and Bedroom. Acrosse the street sits an Indianapolis landmark classic, Shapiro’s Deli. Within 5 and 7 blocks away are several of the best restaurants indianapolis has to offer. If Art is your thing, look up Gallery Forty-Two, it will blow you away. Have a great stay.

This place felt like a home as soon as I came through the front door. Beautifully decorated, clean and tidy, had everything I needed, just a warm and cozy space. Communication with the host was fast and easy, and the location is central to literally everything planned for the weekend. Will absolutely stay here again!

So convenient to Lucas Oil Stadium. Check in was easy, parking was onsite and free. Stayed 2 nights. It had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable.

This is one of my all time favorite places to stay! So comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped. Easy walking and, if you roam too far, a cheap Uber home.

Great location

Although it doesn’t look like much from the outside, this place was clean and really nice on the inside. We loved being so close to the stadiums for the Colts and Pacers.

Indy business trip

This property is fantastic! We needed a place to stay near the Indiana Convention Center and this place did not disappoint. It is walkable to downtown or over to Fountain Square. Being close to this two locations gives you access to some great food options! The unit was very clean, well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, the shower came with amenities and there were even 2 brand new toothbrushes in case we needed them. We hope to stay here again on our next business trip to Indy. Can't say enough good things about this rental unit!

Big Ten weekend

This was our fourth year attending the Big Ten Championship game and wished we found this place sooner. The property was perfect for a couple or two, and the location was great walking distance to everything.

Came in for a football game

Very clean, easy to find. We were impressed from beginning to end. The only problem we had was trying to figure out the TV, some of apps went out. The property is close to a lot of stuff.

- Indy Downtown - sports Mecca and great clubs and restaurants.

We were in town to attend a celebration of life across the street from the Colts stadium. We loved the apartment. Great amenities and was super comfortable. Restaurants and clubs were walking distance. We loved walking the canal trails.

Really happy

Very accommodating host. Free parking was great being so close to the downtown area. I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go downtown. Property is very nice inside. Nothing but nice things to say!

In 1987 I had the good fortune of playing in the Pan American Games held in Indianapolis. It was that tournament that qualified my team to compete In the 1988 Olympic Games in the sport of Team Handball. I wrote in my diary the day before leaving Indianapolis that I felt as if I would live in this city some day. So here I am, since 1989. Love it!!!

It’s all about location, as they say in the business, Then I found the Merz building and from the moment I saw it I recognized the opportunity. It has history, character and a location next to our awesome Lucas Oil Stadium and Indiana convention Center. Hope to have you as a guest and welcome you to this great city.
