NOTE: This home is the GUEST HOUSE on a large property that also has a 4-bed, 3.5-bath main house. It is completely separate and private from the main house, and both homes have their own backyards, pools, and hot tubs. The yards are not shared, but the main house is within 30 yards of this guest house. To access the guest house, you`ll use a secondary driveway.
When booking this guest house, please know that the main house may also be rented, or this guest house and the main house can be rented together as a compound. (If interested in booking both homes, please let us know, and we can share the listing link.)
This guest house is a very unique 2-story dream home with stunning architecture and photo-worthy views of the Catalina Mountains! It has a one-car garage, boasts two private bedrooms, and a second-floor executive loft/open bedroom concept with a lounge area and work desk. The second bedroom is on the second floor and does not have doors; it will be somewhat open to the living space. With one king bed and two queen beds, this guesthouse comfortably sleeps 6.
The entire secondary property is private to the guest.

Higher-end, executive homes, this master estate sits at the end of a cul-de-sac.
There is zero through traffic.
POOL/HOT TUB: The home has a newly constructed pool and hot tub. The pool can be heated for $84/day. The fee for the hot tub is $36.75 for 3 hours of heating. Please let us know if you`d like one or both heated during your stay, and we`ll be sure they`re ready for you upon arrival.
PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.
PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
We are excited to have you stay with us! Please read the following rules carefully.
1. Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors` privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
2. Unit Respect: Treat the rental unit with care and respect. Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged to the guest.
3. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the rental property or on the property grounds. There will be a $500 fee if guests smoke in or around the property.
4. No Parties or Large Gatherings: No additional guests permitted on the property without host approval. Parties and events are not allowed in the unit or on the property. Respect the peaceful atmosphere of our property. If a party occurs at the home, a $995 violation fee will apply, and the booking will be terminated immediately.
5. Lock Doors and Windows: For your safety, make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Return key(s) to the lockbox when applicable.
6. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Secure your valuables.
7. Guest acknowledges that this is not a long-term rental agreement and does not confer any property or tenancy rights. The guest`s stay is limited to the specific dates requested and approved in advance.
8. Innkeepers` Lease Clause: By signing this agreement:
a) You, the guest, are declaring that your purpose and use of this property is for transient purposes only
b) You, the guest, declare that you have an existing primary home address
c) You, the guest, acknowledge that there is no intent to establish a Landlord/Tenant relationship and acknowledge that your stay is an Owner/Guest relationship only.
9. POOL & HOT TUB RULES:
a) No unsupervised children in the pool/hot tub areas.
b) NO DIVING.
c) No glass in the pool/hot tub areas. Any broken glass will require a full pool/hot tub drain. Guests will incur a $700 fine for any broken glass found in the pool/hot tub.
d) No swimming in the pool or using the hot tub after 10 pm.
e) Advised NOT to stay in the hot tub longer than 15 minutes and NOT drink alcohol while in the hot tub.
