Exclusive Apartment over Target - Downtown Auburn Unit 207

There is nothing like this in Auburn! The brand new Godbold Building in downtown Auburn offers a Target on the first floor with three floors of luxury apartments above. Park in a private parking space right outside the building and enter the luxurious lobby on the first floor. Floor to ceiling windows capture the essence of Auburn and put you in the center of the excitement.

Smart design with an open concept living area makes this the perfect place to enjoy the city from a private oasis. Views of College Street, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn's campus/ Samford Hall are out various windows throughout the apartments.

Unit 207 offers a balcony with a view of a small downtown green-space

BEDROOM SET UP:

There are 2 bedrooms in this unit. Both are furnished with a King size bed. Pottery Barn & Serena and Lily furnishings as well as Pottery Barn mattresses and bedding outfit each unit.

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage all 11 short term rentals in the building. Message us to ask for more details!

The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay.

There is a 55in flat screen television in the living room with a complete cable and internet package included.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

One parking space is provided with each apartment rental. There is overflow parking available in the new parking deck across the street (The Wright Street Parking Deck - 140 Wright St)

This unit is within immediate walking distance of the downtown Target, Publix, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn University as well as local downtown favorites such as Tacortita, Southeastern, and Therapy an Auburn Boutique.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

This is my favorite stay in Auburn.

Beautiful location and very serene. Only concern is that two coffee cups were chipped and a bath towel was left hanging on the back of the closet door. Still a great stat!!

Beautiful Space, Excellent Location

The property looked just as seen in the photos. It was very new, clean and very nicely appointed. The location right above Target made it so easy to connect with our Auburn student son. We would stay again, but there are three reasons I did not give this location five stars. They are: 1. The units are next door to SkyBar, which makes it very loud from appx 10:00pm-2:00am. 2. We had a "deck", but there was no furniture and it was on the roof of another building which was also used as a walkway to the stairs below, so we had people walking by our windows/deck on a regular basis. 3. Our washer did not work, it filled then emptied with no spin, leaving our clothes soaking wet. When I reached out to the management group they said they would send someone over, but it wasn't until after we checked out. I would have hoped they might have given us some small refund as we had to take our clothes to be washed elsewhere.

Weekend with the girls!

We absolutely loved this property. Immaculately clean. The space was large enough to accommodate us and I loved it has 2 bathrooms. It also had a personal balcony area. Check in was seamless and it’s conveniently located above a Target, a HUGE plus. Would definitely be my go to spot while staying in Auburn!
