To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out.

If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.

Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our 'things to know' and 'house rules' sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.

No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages no street parking at any time this is separate and apart from any fines issued by the city for going over occupancy, music heard at the property line, noise after 10pm and the other laws outlined in the Good Neighbor policy
No events or parties - any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction same with smoking
$25 per bag of trash left in the fridge, in kitchen or onsite anywhere - this is the law and we must abide by it - all trash must be bagged and put outside upon the end of your stay and taken offsite
$45 dirty dishes fee - our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law
