This unit shares a wall and lock-off doors with the main house.
Bathroom is accessed through the bedroom
Dual purpose wheeled desk for use as dining table and work area. 2 dining chairs and one office chair provided.

House Rules:
NO VISITORS. Our home is prepared to accommodate ONLY the guests on the reservation. Each additional unauthorized guest will accrue a $100 fine and will be considered trespassing, even if “just dropping by”. If your family and friends live locally, go to their residences for visitation. NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, or EVENTS!!! If guest wants to have extra guests to stay or visit please request before hand for approval.

- Please stay out of the garden. Access paved area directly in front of entrance, and walkway to the street only.

- ** Violation of these house rules will result in your booking being canceled immediately without refund **

- NO SMOKING, vaping, marijuana, illegal drugs, or drunken behavior allowed on-premises. $200 per night fine for this violation.

- NO PETS ALLOWED. $200 per night fine for this violation.

- Our cleaning fee is based on a "Courteous Guest". Any excessive dirtiness or neglect will accrue an additional $75 fee.

- Tampering or blocking the exterior surveillance cameras is a major security violation and the reservation will be terminated immediately with no refund.

- We reserve the right to remove any guest from our property at any time for violation of these house rules.

- Unauthorized Late checkout fee: $50 per 30 minutes after checkout time beginning at check out time.

- Authorized Early Check In: we offer a 2 hours early check in for $50. Please request this at least 48 hours prior in order to get approval. This is not guaranteed and must be approved by the host.

- Authorize Late Check Out: we offer late check out for 2 hours past check out time for $50. This must be requested at least 24 hours before check out. If requested within 24 hours of check out time, the charge will be $60. This is not guaranteed and must be approved by host. This cannot be requested after checkout time.

TV and AC remote controls: If any remote control is lost or damaged, there will be a $250 charge for replacements.
