3 Bedroom Luxury "Barn-dominium" on 10 wooded acres with a pond... ALL to yourself! Listen to the nothing but the sounds of nature while roasting s'mores around the fire pit and star gazing. Perfect getaway for a couple or families, better than glamping! The property has 25 acres in total and you have full access to the front 10 acres. Early stages of a new home build prevent access to the back 15 acres. Huge open garage hangar available to use as you like... family gathering, birthday party, family fun activities, bags, badminton, pickleball, bike riding, whatever your imagination can come up with. Master with King Bed on main level along with full bathroom, kitchen, living room, bar and small table. Upstairs you will find a giant loft and 2 non-conventional bedrooms, each with a Queen Bed. Out your front door you will find a patio with furniture for lounging and a beautiful campfire site complete with boulder seats and hammocks for relaxing! Get connected to nature and find your peace in this serene, peaceful and gorgeous location.

We have had multiple stays here when visiting the KC area. It’s a quiet, secluded spot but still very close to the city. Lovely property. Will definitely come back in the future

It was amazing! Things to do they had outdoor activities. Enough stuff to keep all the kids occupied! We plan on renting again in future! The nature itself was enough. Everything we needed to be comfortable like we were home.

Close to main streets in Blue Springs, but felt like we were in a secluded wooded area. The Barndo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and nice open living room into kitchen area to hang out in. Enjoyed walking the trails to the creek. The wifi is spotty, and an issue we encountered the host tried to fix quickly. Just 5 mins down the road was a great taco restaurant and brewery that was a fun outing. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This is the coolest “cabin” I’ve ever stayed at! The living part of the building is beautifully done! The garage area was perfect for the kids to play! And the property is amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed the stay - it was the perfect atmosphere for our family “reunions and new beginnings” trip! Looking forward to booking again in the future!The only con I should mention is the spotty internet and phone service. Not a big deal to us but might be to others.

Unfortunately very disappointing, especially while traveling with family. We arrived very late at night after flight delays,and the check-in instructions were not clear enough for a remote location with limited signal coverage.Host answered our late-night call to get into the property,but we honestly would have been stranded with family in the middle of the night,if call was unansweredThe property itself did not meet our expectations. The rooms, beds, and sofa felt dusty and had a strong unpleasant smell that made the stay uncomfortable. We also experienced issues during the night that made us concerned about the cleanliness of the beds, and as a result, none of us were able to sleep properly.Another major issue was the WiFi and network connectivity. Since the property is in a remote wooded area, internet access was extremely poor, which made it almost impossible to search for alternate accommodations at that hour.We ended up leaving very early in the morning because we simply could not continue the stay comfortably with our family. Although the host refunded the second night, we were disappointed that no additional consideration was given despite how little we stayed, how minimally we used the property, and the poor overall experience we had.We understand standard policies and cleaning fees, but from a guest perspective, paying full charges for such a short and uncomfortable stay felt unfair.I would strongly recommend future travelers, especially families arriving

Nice retreat

Very nice property. Grandparents liked the "off the path" location; kids were fine with it as they are not the Disneyland type. I would recommend for families. Suggestion to have a few board games in the cupboard. Overall, enjoyed our stay. Proximity to KC very convenient.
