Welcome to our cozy, family safe-neighborhood home in Boiling Springs, SC! Only 9 minutes away from I-85 and 5 minutes from I-26. This home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and a big backyard with a patio. It is conveniently located near Spartanburg, Greenville and is only 15 minutes to NC boarders. McMillan Park is just an 7-minute drive away for the entire family to enjoy. Whether you are here to work or relax, you found your place!

Irina was an exceptional host. She's responsive, accommodating, and so professional! The place worked extremely well for our athlete daughter following surgery. The walk-in shower and 3BR 2BA set-up with very large, comfortable living room furniture, and all the space we needed to navigate her rehab equipment and crutches.Thank you for everything, Irina. Five stars!

The perfect Spartanburg Getaway

This home was exactly what we hoped for and more! It is located in a quiet, family neighborhood that is close to everything that you could possibly need. It was impeccably clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed. The host communicates well and often and we will absolutely be staying here again soon. If your child is at USC Upstate, this is the perfect location!

Couldn't have been better

From the start, the hostess was wonderful with communication, answering questions and more. Upon arriving we all talked about how clean the house was. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The stay couldn't have been better.

Great place to stay!

My family and I stayed here a week. We found the house very well appointed and apportioned. The host was very responsive, supportive and most gracious before and throughout our stay. Neighborhood was exceptionally quiet. Being our first Vrbo, it sets a high standard for others to follow!

Great stay

Lovely home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable home with all the items needed to get established with your stay. Smart TV to use for streaming. Appreciated the owner's speedy responses. We have family in Boiling Springs and are very familiar with the area. Conveniently located not far from many stores and restaurants. Also loved the location relative to our group's needs. Thank you, Irina, for a wonderful experience!

Nice home

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was extremely clean. We saw bunnies from the deck. Our only concern was the quality of bed linens which was not good. The sheets were rough and scratchy and there was no top sheet. We only had the comforter to cover up with and it was too hot. We did try to reach the owner to request different linens but they did not return our calls or emails. If the linens had not been a issue we would give this house a 5 star rating in all areas.

Short wknd stay

It was very clean and nice! Great communication with host! Plenty of room (we had a baby and toddler) we had a truck and a car and only the truck or only the car would fit in drive, not both. But it was not a problem for us. Would def stay here again.

Wonderful property

It’s a wonderful house. The kitchen had everything we needed! The beds were so comfortable! We will stay again! The one thing I would recommend is adding lamps in the living room. It was hard to read my book in there. But otherwise it was perfect!

Great location

The house was a great location to my sister's house. The house was like the pictures. The kitchen had supplies, had to buy a can open to open cans, (which I left as a gift). Would recommend a hand mixer, measuring cups and spoons. Looked to buy one but they were out being the holiday. Other then that everything was good.

Clean and quiet.

The home is clean and quiet. The kitchen had most things that we needed and having nice washer and dryer is always a plus for us. This home has a large back yard. Hoping there will be outdoor seating in the future. Notes: this home is located deep into a subdivision that has sapped humps. The driveway slopes downward. One of the best VRBO we have ever used.
