The open-concept layout in this three-bedroom home includes design features like accent walls , modern wall arts and a fully designed artificial turf backyard with a jacuzzi, multi outdoor seatings and a daybed. This Cosy Oasis of fun is located approximately 8mins from downtown,medical centre,NRG and lots of Houston attractions. Come and experience luxuriously decorated relaxation haven. Relaxation awaits you! Open concept home with kitchen, Dinning and living room all in same space. Bedrooms are all upstairs with ensuit bathrooms and a guest bathroom downstairs.
All you need for an amazing stay home away from home is provided. Linens and bath essentials are all available. Fully equipped and stocked kitchen, panty with snacks and condiments , disposables as well. The garage is also finished and furnished with a pool table for more fun.

The home is exactly as pictured, down to the smallest detail. The host thought of everything. There were accommodations available that we didnt know we needed, until we needed them. The attention to detail was a pleasant surprise. This by far, is my favorite property.

Sunnyside Oasis, Lovely Space, Great Host in an Historic neighborhood undergoing redevelopmentWe enjoyed this comfortable, clean and attractive duplex house with a 2 car driveway for four days during the Thanksgiving holiday of 2025. The host receives high marks and compliments for a reason. She is responsive, kind, sophisticated and diligent. After 20 years of renting properties across the globe, we decided this property ranks in our top five. Its highlights are the kitchen/living area where everyone can be together, a good firm bed in a spacious master bedroom and a cute, small backyard with hot tub and attractive seating spaces. The only environmental annoyance is its proximity to railway tracks where a freight train seemed to pass daily (one in the early morning and another late at night). Not much one can do about that but perhaps prepare with earplugs or sleep soundly. A car is required to access all amenities like shopping, public parks, etc. Notwithstanding, we recommend this ‘oasis’ in a historic Houston neighborhood that is rebounding from years of disinvestment. It felt good to be a part of that. Peace and blessings.

Great place for a party! Not lot of rentals allow for that, so we were grateful to secure a place. We enjoyed the home and amenities. Things to consider: the house has three bedrooms, and the couches are too small to stretch out on. The air mattresses were hit and miss so you may want to bring your own if you plan on sleeping more people comfortably. Extra rules come after you sign the contract. Specifically, quiet hours after 10pm. Since it is non-refundable, these rules should be disclosed up front. Request a complete list of rules so you’re not caught off guard. I’m sure it’s difficult to maintain good relations with neighbors and people who rent are not always respectful so these rules are intended to balance the interests of the host, guests, and neighbors.

Girls retreat

This home was such a perfect getaway for a girls retreat. We were impressed with the decor layout and extras. There were even snacks and seasonings provided. The location was close for NRG and Toyota center.

Fantastic Stay

We had an amazing time at this house and couldn’t have asked for a better host! The home was beautifully decorated and extremely well-stocked with all the amenities we could need. The bathrooms were spotless and stylish, and there were several "Instagram-worthy" spots throughout the house perfect for taking pictures. The outdoor space was particularly impressive — the backyard was thoughtfully designed and beautifully lit at night, with a lighted hot tub that added a magical ambiance to our evenings. The host was incredibly gracious and responsive, even helping us locate a cord for the Bluetooth speakers on short notice. There were a few minor drawbacks to be aware of: the house has 4 parking spots in the driveway, and the street parking didn’t have sidewalks, with bar ditches along the road. Also, we received a 12-point list of house rules after booking, which I would have preferred to see beforehand. The rules weren’t overly restrictive, but they did include details like outdoor cameras (in the backyard, garage, and front door/driveway), and “fines” (a cleaning fee of $75 for the gas grill if you did not clean the grill and a $25 fee for using white towels instead of black to remove makeup) on top of the general cleaning fee, but everything was manageable with clear communication. Overall, the house was perfect for our group of 15 and created a wonderfully relaxing environment. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable

Our stay was wonderful as the host was always able to respond quickly and the listing was accurate to the pictures. The only thing is the location as southeast Houston is not as safe as other locations however you can always check location before booking.

Birthday Party

My friend and I were looking to throw a nice get together party with all our friends to celebrate our recent birthday, and this place was perfect. It has many different useful spaces ranging from a nice outdoor area, to a garage that is well set up to be a space for entertainment. Stella, the host, was great! She always responded quickly and we were able to discuss what exactly was happening through out the entire time.

Bachelorette Getaway

This house was a perfect fit! So cutely designed with so many amenities, including air mattresses in each room. It was also close to highway access but house location was not in a heavy traffic area. Stella was a great host and answered promptly to questions we had.

This home was decorated beautifully! Smelled really really good! The home owner provided essential supplies for any situation you could possibly think of! Communication with the property owner was quick and efficient every time! The back yard furniture was beautiful and hot tub was easy to work. Rules and regulations made sense! The list of how wonderful my experience here could go on alllll day!! Loved my stay and would definitely return. Lovely space! 10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND !!
