Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this newly renovated home checks all the boxes. Great location just 7 minutes to N. Greenville University, 6 minutes to Famoda Farm, 20 mins to downtown Travelers Rest, 30 mins to downtown Greenville & 40 mins to Tryon International Equestrian Center. Primary bedroom has Queen bed, private en-suite bathroom, & tv. 2nd bedroom has built-in triple bunk beds & tv. Home also has an outdoor shower, gazebo, grill, + propane fire pit. Main bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo & double sinks. Gorgeous, large open kitchen has everything you need to make a normal meal. There is a nice office area w/ custom concrete desktop. Living room, dining room, & kitchen are all part of the open floor plan. Laundry room has washer/dryer & extra storage space in the custom built-in. Outside there is a brand new deck with Adirondack chairs, an outdoor enclosed shower, a cute gazebo with a dining table & propane fire pit.

Have stayed here multiple times to watch North Greenville University baseball... property is quiet, quaint and very clean & comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is so pretty and very clean. The owners were quick to answer any questions we had during the booking process and after. If you have a student at NGU, this is such a convenient location for going back forth.

Weekend Getaway

We had a lovely stay at the Camp Creek house for a quick weekend getaway. It was wonderfully appointed with all the luxuries of home and then some, even phone chargers on the nightstand. The kitchen is fantastic, if you love to cook this is the place! We really enjoyed sitting out at the gazebo under the string lights in the evenings. We will definitely be back again!

Great Family Getaway

Justin and Miranda were super helpful and accommodating on our stay. My wife and I had a great visit with our 3 kids, ages 10, 7, & 4. The house was just perfect for our family, close enough to Downtown Greenville to hit all that it has to offer and far enough away to take that little break in between. Thanks fora great trip!

Wonderful Stay!

The house was exactly as advertised and reviewed! It is the cleanest and well equipped property we have ever rented. We could not have asked for more. We had my local family over for a birthday dinner and had plenty of room. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining a small group. The location is great for us when visiting the area and we will definitely be back.

Terrific Place to Stay

We were there to tour North Greenville University (NGU) with our daughter. The property was very clean and modern. They had a few phone charging stations in case you forgot yours. The solar lights on the driveway posts seem like a small detail but they made it easy to find when we arrived late at night.

Sparkling clean!!

The house was perfect for our families quick trip to the upstate. It was a little off the beaten path, but was a beautiful area with rolling hills. It was a beautiful drive into Travelers Rest, and a quick drive to downtown Greenville. The house was the cleanest home we’ve ever rented!! The host had great communication and provided many special touches to make our stay more comfortable. We will definitely stay at this home again!

Ranch Home near Greer SC

This home was professionally renovated to BRAND NEW condition. The operators are real pros, with the home equipped with every possible convenience you can think of. The check in process was smooth, communication was instant, and the location is quiet and pristine, but close to town. We highly recommend this rental location!!

Beautiful Home & Perfect Location

The home was beautifully renovated (like amazing) and super clean. It is well stocked with just about anything you can think of needing which was nice. Lighted outdoor gazebo was nice and relaxing in the evening. We were touring NGU and the house is only about a 5 minute drive away. If you're visiting NGU or just visiting the area you should definitely stay here! Owners were very responsive and accommodating.

Cozy bungalow in the trees

FABULOUS! We needed a place near to our house for a week while work was finished there. We could not have chosen a better place to land. What started as us dreading a week outside our home turned into a staycation thanks to Justin and Miranda--super clean--all the comforts of home--well appointed with thoughtfulness given to each detail--great location to get to North Greenville University, Cliffs mountain communities and Greenville--big kitchen with convenient island--quiet--lots of light HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Don't Miss this Gem!

Beautifully renovated home very close to Travelers Rest: spacious, comfortable, and tasteful. Easy drive to Furman U. and Greenville (did both), and nice access to the Upcountry offerings. The kitchen is large and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owners have very thoughtfully included a drawer of any incidental you may have forgotten to pack! There's even an outdoor shower if your recreation gets you extra muddy. We loved the place and will definitely use it again when we visit the area.

Our sons Wedding

The. We absolutely loved staying here. The house is exactly as described. It had everything you could want along with additional surprises like a welcoming basket of organic snacks and coffee. It was so close to the wedding venue that really helped lower the stress levels. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for that perfect place. Justin was so easy to work with and was very prompt in responding. They even had a potted flower and card when we arrived which was a very seeet touch.
