With access to multiple pools, hiking trails, and skiing just moments away, this property truly has it all! 2 minute walk to Community CTR.

Waterville Estates is a four-season resort community located in Campton, New Hampshire. Surrounded by the White Mountain National Forest, it offers a picturesque backdrop for outdoor enthusiasts. The community boasts a range of amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, saunas, a fitness center, pickle ball, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a pond for fishing and swimming. In the winter, guests can enjoy skiing and snowboarding at the nearby Waterville Valley Resort. Waterville Estates also features hiking trails, snowshoeing trails, and a variety of community events throughout the year. With its stunning natural beauty and extensive amenities, Waterville Estates is the perfect destination for families and outdoor enthusiasts looking to explore the White Mountains.
Other Things to Note:
You will receive 3 unlimited access annual passes to the Community Center. Additional guest day passes can be purchased from the front desk at the Community Center. Lost passes will incur a $100 replacement fee. Please hang them back on the hook in the entryway of the house.
