Nestled among forested open space with miles of trails, this home offers breathtaking views from every room in the house, direct access to town, and is steps away from Breckenridge's Carter Park sledding hill. A family retreat to create memories for years to come.
The Space:
SLEEPING
Floor 4 (Top Floor)
Bedroom 1: King Bed with gas fireplace and attached bath
Floor 3 (Main Living Area)
Great Room/Kitchen/and His/Her offices); There is not a bedroom on this floor
Floor 2 (Family room with TV and wet bar on this floor)
Bedroom 2: King Bed; Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (Bathroom #2 is a jack and jill bathroom between bedrooms 2 and 3); Bedroom 4: Bunk Room with two twins; (Best bathroom to use would be to share the 3rd or 4th bathroom with bedroom 5 or bedroom 6 which is 1/2 level down and very close)
Floor 1 (Additional TV room and access to the hot tub on this floor)
Bedroom 5: Queen Bed (3rd bathroom just outside of bedroom 5); Bedroom 6: Queen Bed (4th bathroom just outside of bedroom 6)
There are wifi enabled TVs in each of the bedrooms

This home is close enough to everything you will need to enjoy the perfect mountain vacation. Walking distance to town and shuttle stops but a car might be nice for grocery shopping and for quicker access to town and ski area parking. Please note: There is room to park 5 cars at this home (2 inside of the two car garage and 3 outside of the garage).
