The Highlights

Prime Location: Less than 1 mile from Cantwell Cliffs (Hocking Hills State Park).

Ultimate Relaxation: 7-person hot tub, 2-person sauna, and 2,000 sq. ft. of covered wrap-around decking that hosts corn hole, BBQ grill, fire table, and plenty of seating options.

Sleeps 12 Guests  (Base rate: 8 Adults; remaining guests must be children (up to 12 guests). Option of adding 2 extra adults for $200 per adult per stay (up to 12 guests).

Chef’s Dream: Fully stocked kitchen with cast iron, stainless steel, and nonstick cookware, spice rack, and a premium coffee bar (Manual Espresso, French Press, & Drip).

Entertainment Hub: Game room with pool table, air hockey, classic arcade, ping pong, 58” Smart TV and a river rock wood burning fireplace.

All-Season Access: Level driveway (no 4x4 required) with parking for 5+ vehicles.

Thoughtful Extras: Well appointed with complimentary firewood (2 bundles) and propane provided.

The Space

Sleeps 12 Guests (Base rate: 8 Adults; remaining guests must be children up to 12 guests)

4 Private Bedrooms: 2 Kings, 2 Queens (all with sound machines & USB charging).

The Kids' Loft: Open upper-level loft with 4 Twin beds and a dedicated play area.

3.5 Baths: One full bath on every floor for maximum privacy and 1/2 bath on main.

Main Level: Great room with a soaring 2-story river rock fireplace and 58” Smart TV. The kitchen with stone island and custom wood dining table for 10. Access the wrap-around deck here for the hot tub, sauna, and outdoor fire table. Primary king bedroom with ensuite.

Upper Level: Features the open loft with 4 twin beds and play area, a Queen bedroom with a private balcony and workspace, and a second King bedroom with sitting area.

Lower Level: The "Rec Zone" featuring a pool table, arcade, and air hockey. Includes a river rock wood burning fireplace and 58" TV and plenty of seating, a Queen bedroom with adjacent full bath, laundry facilities, and walk-out access to the lower deck with ping pong table, foosball and outdoor seating with a view.

Occupancy & Booking Policies

To ensure a high-quality experience for all guests, please note:

Guest Count: The base rate includes 8 adults and remainder children (max 12 guests total). Up to 2 additional adults can be added for $200 each per stay (max 12 guests total).

Guest List: Names and ages of all guests are required within 48 hours of booking.

Notice Requirement: To avoid any unauthorized guest rates, occupancy changes must be submitted before check-in.

Unauthorized Guests: Unlisted guests and/or adults exceeding your reservation count will incur a $200 per night rate. Exceeding 12 maximum guests may result in the removal of extra guests or forfeiture of your stay without refund. See rental agreement.

Special Occasions: No unauthorized special occasions. Bachelor/ette, wedding parties, etc. require prior approval and must align with rental agreement items including occupancy limits.

Important Details Age: Primary renter must be 25+.

Allergy-Friendly: Strictly no pets or ESAs.

No Indoor Smoking/Vaping/E-cigarettes. Ashtrays on decks for use.

Safety & Security

Your peace of mind is our priority. The property features:

Two external motion-activated cameras that record video and audio (Views front porch and Driveway). Camera footage is used for safety and occupancy audit.

A "Minut" sensor (Common area) to monitor temperature, smoke, CO2, and decibel levels, and crowd sensing.

The Space in Detail

Main Level: Relax in the great room with its stunning 2-story fireplace, 58” Smart HDTV, and comfortable seating. The well-equipped kitchen boasts everything you need to whip up a meal and sits 2 at the stone river rock island. The dining room offers seating for 10 on our custom wood table with beautiful wooded views. Step outside onto the wrap-around deck and enjoy the hot tub, sauna, gas grill, fire table, corn hole game, and ample dining and leisure seating. The main level also features a convenient half bath and primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom.

Upper Level: The open loft area is perfect for kids with its four twin beds and fun play area. There's also a queen bedroom with a private balcony and workspace, and another king bedroom with a sitting area. A full bathroom with plenty of towels completes the upper level.

Lower Level: Head downstairs to the rec room for a game of pool, air hockey, foosball, or classic arcade games. There's also a living area with a fireplace and another 58” Smart HDTV, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and laundry with complimentary detergent. Step outside onto the lower deck and enjoy another game of ping pong, foosball, or simply relax on the hammock or the pub table and take in the wooded views.

Guest Access

Consider yourself the master of your domain during your stay. You have access to all areas of the cabin except for two closets used for storage and cleaning supplies. Explore the 5 acres outside at your leisure but please be aware that there are creeks, fallen tress, cliffs and rough terrain. Hike at your own risk and monitor hunting seasons.
