Great place to stay!

It is a lovely, tranquil place to stay, and it is pet-friendly. The host is the best, always there to answer any questions. I will be staying there again when I get back to Ogden.

Fantastic stay

The house was very clean and the perfect fit for my family! FYI- when we were leaving in the morning, the front sprinkler by the stairs was shooting right at the stairs so we had to run fast to leave.

The VRBO is in the perfect location. It felt safe and was close to everything we did. The apartment was cute and host was prompt to respond.

Wonderful!

We had a great time visiting Ogden and staying here at this home. The shower was amazing! Communication with the owner was fast and everything went well. :)

We enjoyed our stay in Ogden! The house was clean and the shower was fantastic! The check in was super easy and the host communicated well! We had a few issues but nothing major and I’m sure the host will correct them.

Cute space, but needs a deep cleaning

Our stay was overall good and without any major incidents. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy, but the property and unit were overall neglected. The outdoor spaces were overgrown and inside the unit needs a deep clean to carpets and floors. You can tell that the space was once very cute, but hasn’t been maintained well. Also, there was no thermostat, so maintaining a comfortable temperature was challenging.

Good place to sleep

Just two of us needing a place to sleep and shower then we spent the day with our kids. If you’re looking for something more than that then this is not the place. The only issue I personally had was I had no control over the thermostat and it was way too cold in there and it is a basement of a house turned b&b and was dark but I’m still giving it all 5 stars because the host was excellent and it was 6 minutes away from our kids and served our purpose.

Discouraged and hopeful

Not an ideal experience however communication with the owner was positive and the owner was diligent in making upcoming changes. This experience showed me that it is important to express the challenges experienced because some owners do have a desire to make improvements and at times are unaware of the condition of the property. We ran into an array of challenges and the owner expressed accountability and gratitude for the experience being shared so he could make improvements. For other owners that use property management groups, please ensure that they are doing their job and taking care of your investment property. I would rent from this owner again in the future because of his desire to provide a positive experience and make necessary changes.

The property was easy to check in and out of and the communication between the owner was good. However when we showed up we started finding dirt and mold in the window seals, there was used tissues under the bed, the bed in the main room had a broken frame so the mattress sunk in. There was dirt and debris under all the appliances, the carpet was stained and there were other cosmetic features of the place that were questionable. We had no problems with allergies or anything before we stayed and after 3 days we couldn't breathe, our noses were stuffed and we all had a hard time breathing. I paid a cleaning deposit and they still had rules that we needed to take the garbage can to the street for pickup, we had to do our own dishes with no dish washer even though the ad says dishwasher was there and they expected us to take all the linen off the beds and put all the used towels in the washer before we checked out. What is my cleaning deposit going for cause this place was disgusting and we were expected to do chores on top of it. I would not recommend if you have allergy sensitivity, like things clean and not have to do chores while you're there. I would never stay here again nor any of my family, I wish I could give negative stars because this place was disgusting, old and falling apart. Zero stars on this place spend a little extra and get a hotel!
