Maldeojo Condo/ Pool/Minutes to Downtown/Close to Hiking Trails

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our condo is as unique as Tucson is. It reflects our ‘lil town that could’ in that it is artsy, beautiful, interesting and comfortable. The condo reflects some of the Spanish colonial styles with modern touches. With the pluses of local art, near central location, easy access to shops, markets, restaurants, UofA and downtown, and bus lines right in the middle of Tucson, tucked away behind lush desert flora grounds feeling so private and quiet.

The space

The property is a connected two story condo, with only one shared brick wall, and a quiet space for working or decompressing. It is one of 19 condos and a house, that surround a lush mature desert courtyard, only accessible through residents back porch, with a communal pool and a deep hot tub (one of only two, @ 4.5’ depth hot tubs left in Tucson), located at the center.

Inside you will find Saltillo floors, unique Spanish style light features and hand painted tile work, as well as artwork that’s unique and/or local. There is a outdoor patio facing west, perfect for seeing a sunset beyond the giant agave and mesquite trees of the courtyard.

A half bath is located downstairs in the common areas of kitchen, dining, and living room. And a full bath upstairs with the two bedrooms, one with a urban western theme and king bed, and the other feeling like a trip to the Iberian peninsula with a queen bed as well as a powder room with its own sink.

Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

1) No Parties. No questions asked!

2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind

3) Home is equipped for 4 people at the very maximum. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night.

4) Must be 25 or older to book the property.

5) No smoking

6) No pets
Guest access
-Guest will have access to the entire home. Easy access via door code provided to morning of check in

-Access to the pool and hot tub are 10 am to 9 pm, this is in agreement with the HOA of the property regarding our Airbnb. So please be mindful of this.

Other things to note
-Parking for one vehicle is directly in front residence. Any other parking is on the street. We suggest not leaving anything of value in cars and locking the doors, and will not be held responsible for such.

-Our home is equipped with a doorbell camera. There are NO indoor cameras on our property

-Arizona is full of wildlife and bugs. Although we hire monthly pest control service to keep bugs from getting in, we request that doors remain closed
