7. There is no access to the three (3) car GARAGE.
8. PARKING:
Parking area is limited to a MAXIMUM OF FOUR (4) CARS.
House is located in an upscale residential neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac. We have an agreement with our neighbors that there will be no parking allowed on street in front of their homes. All vehicles MUST be parked in our driveway.
9. OUR HOUSE is ideal for up to a maximum of 10 persons.
(guests staying plus visitors combined)
For example; if you have 7 persons staying then only 3 visitors may set foot on this property.
10. LAUNDRY ROOM:
There is a laundry room that provides storage and full size Washer and Dryer.
11. SUMMARY
Guests can enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 5 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Home.
Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom, private desk, walk-in closet and sitting area. Remaining 4 bedrooms are furnished with queen sized beds (roll-away bed is kept in closet).
*Living room is fully furnished with comfortable recliner seating throughout.
*Large formal Living room.
*Free access and play to Owner's private collection of coin operated Arcade game machines, pinball, and Air Hockey (all machines are set to free play).

The base price is for 2 persons. For any additional guests over 2 years old and up there is a $14/night per person fee.
When submitting an inquiry, please include all information regarding guests and visitors.
* Per person charge includes normal extra cleaning costs. Prior to your arrival, we provide LINEN SERVICE. It is determined by the number of registered Guests in your party. Your registered guests determine the correct number of beds to be made-up with linens, sheets blankets and pillows. Additional towels are also provided based on the number of registered Guests in your party.
a. NO VAPING, SMOKING or PETS allowed in the house or anywhere on property.
NOTE: there is a $250 fine if you or anyone in your party smokes or brings a pet on this property.

I will always try to be as accommodating as possible so if you have a special request please ask. That said if you do not honestly state the number of people in your party it will result in a loss of your damage deposit and potential additional cleaning charges.
LINEN SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED ONLY FOR REGISTERED GUESTS.

Our family fell in love with the peace and tranquility of this magnificent home and it's neighborhood location that is connected to Riverside State Park and the Spokane River. and coziness of our house. Most noticeable is the lack of traffic and sirens, just the quiet sounds of nature. I love the four seasons, each for their own unique character.

Imagine yourself gently guiding your birch bark canoe Along a magnificent forest and the Spokane River. You stop to study the long-legged Great Blue Heron fishing the shallows for some unlucky rainbow trout smolt. Such was the scene that early fur trader and explorer David Thompson may have viewed with his interpreter and guide Jacques Finlay as they canoed the river in search of beaver and muskrat in the early 1800's.
Today, you may still explore the Spokane River and experience much of the same environment as David Thompson discovered almost 200 years ago. The river here remains pristine, largely undisturbed by the march of civilization occurring just a couple miles away and seemingly centuries removed.
HOW TO EXPLORE THE SPOKANE RIVER.
Perhaps the best way to experience is by quietly paddling a canoe or kayak down the river. Stealthy observers may see a wide variety of fish, songbirds, woodpeckers, raptors, and waterfowl.

Anyone paddling the Spokane should know the basics and inherent risks of maneuvering their craft on this river.

Located in the very nicest neighborhood. This beautiful home and property actually connect to the Riverside State Park. Riverside State Park runs on both sides of the Spokane River. It is the largest in the State of Washington!
Features include a 1.5 mile walking trail loop inside a mature pine forest along the Spokane River. The walk is breathtaking. There are two "beaches" where locals like to swim or launch their kayaks behind our house. Riverside State Park's PUBLIC boat launch ramp and swimming beach is nearby; as well as the ORV Park about 7 minutes away.
