Located just two blocks from the Chile Express chairlift and near the Bear shuttle stop, this condo offers a prime location for your next mountain getaway. The well-equipped kitchen features full-size appliances, including a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The cozy living area is perfect for relaxing, with a flat-screen TV and a wood-burning fireplace that adds warmth and ambiance. The bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, and the full bath features a shower/tub combo.

This unit does not have a washer or dryer and is accessed by one flight of stairs.

Racquet Club #222 is one of six units within the Racquet Club condo complex, all represented by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals. These units are within walking distance of each other and just two blocks from the ski area, offering a fantastic location for your ski or hiking adventure.

SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed.
KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, drip coffeemaker, toaster, blender.
INDOOR LIVING: Wood Burning fireplace, flat-screen smart TV with Dish service. Radiant ceiling heating.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Front deck with seating.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Racquet Club #222 is a two-block walk to the Chile Express chair lift. It is 2.5 miles (6 minutes driving) from the Angel Fire Country Club and 3.5 miles (seven minutes driving) from Monte Verde Lake.
PARKING: One unassigned parking space is available.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Dogs are ONLY allowed in designated dog-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
