Professionally designed, botanical themed apartment within bicycling distance of NASA Johnson Space Center
This lovely 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit features amenities from a premium apartment complex, including: gym, pool, hot tub, swim-up bar, outdoor gas grill patio and an outdoor calisthenics gym.
IMPORTANT: This is a protected community with background checks required for all occupants. By booking, you consent to sharing personal information for purposes of performing a criminal background check for the primary occupant (booker) and all other co-occupants over the age of 18.
The surrounding neighborhood is largely comprised of quiet businesses that serve local aerospace industry hub and quaint residential condos and apartment townhomes. Baybrook Mall is a short drive away and is surrounded by all the shopping centers one would need.
You can bicycle to NASA Johnson Space Center or the Clear Lake Regional Med Center if you happen to work in either place. A vehicle is recommended if you need to get anywhere else.

2. No Smoking. Guest will be responsible for cost of remediation of cigarette smell and the cost of two nights at the average nightly rate if evidence of smoking inside the residence is found.
3. Unauthorized pets will result in a per night fine that is subject to the leasing office`s penalty rate (average $100 per night)
4. Unauthorized celebrations / events / parties will result in cancellation and forfeiture of all rents paid. No refunds.
5. Any fines imposed on the residence by the leasing office or the parcel pending packaging lockers that are due to actions / inactions by the guest(s) are passed on to the guest that placed the booking. See house manual for full list of leasing office rules.
6. Limit two visitors per guest in the pool.
7. Late checkouts that inconvenience the next arriving guest will result in a fine of the cost of an average night.
8. Any unreasonably difficult to clean messes left behind after checkout may result in deep cleaning fee.
