Peaceful and Quiet Place to Relax on 20 acres just 5 minutes from town

Looking for a great place to stop after a long day of travel or a weekend away to unwind and relax? Our two bedroom/two bath guest house is the perfect choice! We are located 5 miles outside of Junction, Texas on 20 acres. One bedroom has a king bed, the second has a full bed and the living room couch makes into a queen sleeper perfect for young kids. The guest house has the basic kitchen appliances should you choose to prepare your own meals, a small charcoal grill outside, and a washer and dryer to keep those clothes refreshed! The small front porch is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage while enjoying the beautiful sunrise/sunsets. While we (the owners) live on site, you will still enjoy a level of privacy on the 20 acres. Swimming, kayaking, bird watching are all within 15 -20 minutes away and wine country in Fredericksburg is about an hour drive.

We had a wonderful stay here with family and our 2 dogs. The kitchen had everything that was needed for cooking. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The view on the porch was beautiful and relaxing! We saw a few deer out front one evening. The host was nice with good communication. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed with our dogs and it was the perfect property. The property was beautiful and was great to be off the grid a bit and the night views were stunning. Host was respectful, flexible, and a great communicator. Highly recommend!

4th of July outing

The cabin a was as advertised! We loved the snacks and refreshments left for our arrival. After unloading we enjoyed the front porch and just relaxed. Due to a lot of rain we were without electricity and internet which was fine with us. We were notified of outage and about cancelations of events going on in town! Thank you Shelia and hubby for making our stay memorable!! We would of liked to hqve a bbq pit to cook on but we managed..We will be back when it gets cooler to enjoy the porch!

Great Place to Stay

The little house was very comfortable and perfect for our family. Definitely awesome to have two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The views are beautiful and if we had time, we would have loved to sit on the front porch and enjoy the views with a cup of coffee.

Peaceful and quiet.

The house was perfect. Very clean and well kept. My wife and I and our dog were in junction for a little road trip get away. This place was very quiet and just the right distance from town. We woke up to several deer grazing in the front pasture

Great Little Getaway with plenty of space to relax

This location is great tucked away from the city. Very Very clean and cute. House is very comfortable with plenty of space to relax. Very good place to just unplug and relax. I highly recommend this place.

Very clean, cozy, and comfortable!

Awesome place to get away with the family, with plenty room for the kids to roam, and wear themselves out. Property owners are wonderful people and are only a call or text away from assisting. Beautiful scenery off the front porch and awesome views of the stars at night! Definitely recommend this place for your next stay!
