The property was clean, spacious, well-equipped, & relaxing! It was the perfect house to accommodate me, my husband, our dog, & our 2 friends when we came to town for a musical festival. We had never been to the area & Renee was so helpful in every way (she gave very detailed directions so we could find the place without any issues, provided local grocery stores, & was always quick to reply when we reached out with any questions). The only "issue" we ran into was really low water pressure the first time we went to use the showers & Renee was literally at the house in minutes addressing it. It was a simple fix due to the filter getting clogged from the well water, & all Renee had to do was flush it - I only mention it so future guests are aware of it & know to check the water pressure first thing just to ensure that she's available if needed to come & flush it. Our dog enjoyed having so much space to roam, but with the local animals around we still kept her a on leash of course. Since we did a lot cooking while we were there I really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with cookware, tupperware, & items used during cooking (ex. salt, cooking spray, etc.), as well as a lot of plates, bowls, & silverware, which allowed us to have multiple meals without having to immediately wash the dishes after we finished one meal. The beds & couches were all very comfortable & the home was spotless. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay & would certainly stay here again!
