Great location but some issues
This condo itself was clean, tastefully decorated, and looked just like the pictures. Beds were very comfortable, and the location was great for visiting all the sights. It was very handy to have an elevator given it’s on the third floor and we appreciated the washer and dryer. Just a heads up that if you are short, you may have an issue in the kitchen as the cabinets are really high up on the wall.
However, we did have issues with a lot of poop floating at the bottom of the pool which my daughter stepped on. I took pictures and send them to management and I never heard back. There is no one at the pool to resolve this either so my kids didn’t feel comfortable swimming in the pool since we never knew if it was cleaned. It was disappointing given we booked because of the pool. Additionally, the property manager made an attempt to enter our property unannounced which was a little concerning because we didn’t know it was the property manager at the time. The woman had a cocktail in her hand and I couldn’t really understand what she was saying. She seemed inebriated. She mumbled an apology and left. When we texted the property manager to ask who had codes to our condo, she responded that it was her who tried to enter and that she wasn’t drunk she was just having a bad day. Not sure what to think about all that, but given the poop in the pool, lack of response about the poop, and the fact that the property manager seemed unprofessional, we would not stay here again.
