A spacious home for a family vacation. Heat pumps maintain a comfortable temperature setting on both floors. Let the sound of waves put you to sleep after a day of fun in the sun.
We take pride in our weekly house cleaning and yard/garden maintenance as we prepare for each weekly guests.
We are licensed by the town of OOB meeting all rental codes & requirements for your safety.

Emplacement ideal pour nous . Très propre. Certains meubles seraient a changer (divan bbq lit) et la porte de la salle de bain du second étage ne fermait pas... Mais dans l'ensemble c'était bien.

Perfect for family

This is the perfect house for family. We where 4 adults, 2 children. Donna was quick to responds. The house is at like 8 min walk from the beach. The house is at walk distance from a dollar store, a lobster market & other small small shop. It’s really a perfect location!

Home Away From Home

One of the most comfortable home away from homes we have every stayed and we only do VRBO/AIBNB when we travel. It was extremely clean, kitchen well stocked, and three large bedrooms. Donna was very easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was comfortable. The outside area was wonderful with a ton of shade to read or have an afternoon cocktail. It takes about 8-10 minutes to talk to the beach.

Vacation in old Orchard

We had a wonderful time at Donna's place! So close to the beach and amusement park. Everything that is described in the VRBO add was right on! Donna was very attentive and lives a block or two away. We had a small issue with the grill but she was there as soon as we called her to fix the problem. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Including beach supplies and wagon. If anything a list of nearby grocery stores, restaurants, andd laundry mat would be helpful. Overall the place is great and we would love to stay there again!! Carrie and Jon

Comfortable hideaway in OOB

Had a great experience in OOB! The house is about .3 miles from the main drag, which puts you within easy walking distance of everything. Donna was on-site when we arrived to let us in and give a tour of the house. Was exactly as pictured and perfect for our group of 5 adults. Thanks Donna!

Great house

This was a great house for our trip to OOB. The set up was great. My parents had the bedroom & bathroom on the first floor, while my husband, kids and I slept upstairs. Plenty of room for everyone!

From the location to Donna’s responsiveness, this place was great! A short walk to the beach and downtown. A short drive to the grocery store to stock up. I highly recommend!

Highly accurate listing

The rental was very well described and everything met expectations. Distance from the beach was accurately presented and overall convenient. Donna, the home owner, was nice, polite and an an easy person with whom to work. All of this, helped make for a delightful week of fun and sun.

Quick getaway

The home was a perfect size, cozy and comfy for our group. We enjoyed the outdoor space, as we had little ones and the fenced in yard was a great area to have after a long day at the beach. We also used the fire pit and the grill which was full and ready for use… overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

Very convenient to everything!

This was our first VRBO experience and it set the bar high for the next. Donna was helpful to answer questions ( esp about the weather Maine was predicted to get during our stay ) The house itself is so extremely cozy. It feels like you’re at home when you’re not. It’s set up perfectly and easy to navigate through and get used to. It’s also very convenient to the beach and downtown amenities. From our family to yours, we recommend!

Family vacation at OOB

We loved this house! We were a little skeptical with only two air conditioners but both did a GREAT job of cooling down the house. It would have been nice to have a TV in the bedroom but not the end of the world either. Donna was very responsive. We would stay at this house again.

Great experience in Maine!

We had a great experience in Maine! This house is in a great location--close to the beach, restaurants, and the Pier. We enjoyed walking around and everyone we met was friendly! The house was very clean and Donna was great. We just wished that we had a closet in the downstairs bedroom--it would have made things a bit easier.

Great house for family!

We loved this house! We rented it July 28 through August 4, 2018. Donna was so easy to work with. She was very prompt answering emails and any questions I had. She was also very easy to contact by phone. It was my husband, my 24 yr old daughter and her friend and our two grandchildren ages 7 and 9. The house was exactly as described. It had a well stocked kitchen with plenty of room to prepare food and for all to sit at the table. My husband loved the gas grill and said it worked great. I loved having the master bedroom downstairs with a bathroom and the kids upstairs in their own area. The upstairs was perfect for them all. With two bedrooms, another living area, an extra daybed and its own bathroom, it was perfect. We also enjoyed the large yard with a fire pit and homemade swing for the kids. It was just a short walk to the beach or the Pier. I gave this review four stars instead of five simply because it did not have a washer and dryer for our use. I feel like a rental in this price range should have access to a washer and dryer. (There is a laundry mat up the street though) Besides that I would highly recommend this house. I think any family would be very comfortable there. Thank you Donna for a great renting experience.

Lovely Beach House

Donna, the owner, was an excellent host. We booked the week of July 4-11 th a few months ahead of time and she was very thorough in answering emails and phone calls and never once made us feel like we were troubling her. Our family of six plus my mother in law found the home to be the perfect set up for us . She stayed in the master bedroom with adjoining bathroom on the first floor and there was enough room for my husband, myself and our 4 kids (ages 15,10 and five year old twins) on the second floor, which had two bedrooms with full size beds, a tiny, yet, adequate bathroom (large people or people with mobility issues will want to stay/shower on the first floor) as well as a twin bed and a sofa that can be slept on in the common area. The house was extremely clean and well appointed. (Internet was very spotty, though) Donna sweetly left us a welcome bag for the children, which they enjoyed so much! The yard was was very nice and well kept, and was fenced in which was such a bonus! not many other houses in the area even have a yard. Plenty of parking, too. The beach was a bit further than we expected and although wagons are provided, you may wish to have someone drive to the beach and drop off, then walk back, especially if you have small children. (There is an uphill walk coming back from the beach.) The pier was a short walk (about 10 min)away, also. I'm glad we weren't much closer as it gets pretty crowded and noisy. The fireworks are set off every Thursday at 9:45 pm. So much fun! There is also a convenience store and pizza place not even a block away. It was our first time in Old Orchard Beach and I can say we truly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you, Donna!

What you see is what you get! :-)

It was our first vacation rental and we where please with this location. The house is exactly what you see in the add. 5 min walk to the beach and close to all the action whitout being in the middle of it. Spacious house, clean and a verry nice and helpfull ownwer. :-)

Awesome Time!

We had an amazing trip. We met up with friends from Halifax (almost a 1/2 way point between us) and it was the perfect location for our 2 families! We had 4 adults and 3 children. We found that there was enough room for all of us comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly want, the yard was fenced in (we fashioned a lock on one of the gates as the 3 year olds wanted to "escape") - which with 3 kids was a bonus! We were close enough to the beach so that all the kids could walk there and back without too much complaint (about 10 minutes - though this would be less without the 3 year olds) and Donna had tons of sand toys for the kids and a wagon to hold everything. We took our stroller with us, but Donna had a second stroller for our friends. Everything was perfect for us and we would stay there again in a heartbeat! (the only thing we would want would be laundry, but that was available right up the road and I understand from Donna that this will likely be available next summer). Donna is a great host and made us feel welcome right away. She was great with the kids - we could not have asked for a better vacation. Enjoy!

I live a block away and will be available to answer questions about the house and the area to make your stay more enjoyable. Both my home and this rental home have been in my family for over 50 years. Presently, family member live in this Central Park home, teaches in OOB and leaves during the summer, allowing for summer rental.

MOST IMPORTANT!!! This is our home & we take pride in our weekly cleanings. It is very important to us that our guest arrive to clean comfortable environment. Park your car for the week, because you are just a short 5 minute walk to 7 miles of sandy beach, downtown attractions, Amtrack Downeaster, Memorial Park w/playground, basketball & tennis courts and shopping. Quiet and relaxing
