Newly built 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home located in a quiet, 24/7 gated community. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning with ceiling fans, Smart TVs for streaming, and premium mattresses for added comfort. Includes 4 parking spaces and approximately 1,348 sq. ft. of living space.

Enjoy this paradise vacation home miles away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. Revel in the serenity off living off the beaten path in isolated Makaha Valley.

Breathtaking residence at the Cottages at Mauna Olu development! Two story open floor plan with airy high ceilings and exquisite finishings throughout the residence. Open concept kitchen with stone counters and kitchen island for more entertaining. This home boasts additional features including an outdoor seating and BBQ grill lanai, sit while enjoying the gorgeous ocean view from Makaha Valley!

· Master bedroom has new King bed.

Guest bedrooms Queen bed and x 2 Twins.

· AC in every room.

· High-speed fiber Internet in all rooms.

· Hotel-grade towels and bed sheets.

· Kitchen: Fully equipped with brand new appliances and full sets of cooking essentials (utensils, pots, pans, silverware, knives, bowls, baking pans, coffee maker, blender, rice maker, tea kettle, etc.)

· Laundry: Wash and Dryer are in the garage.

· Parking: 2 standard-sized cars in the garage, 2 more parking on driveway. **NO parking on the street or road.

· Quiet Time: between 9:00 pm – 8:00 am. This is a residential community. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No parties, events, or large gatherings.

· Self-check-in via Smart Lock. Separate lockbox for emergency access.

· Guests have access to the entire house and the private backyard.

· For our out-of-town guests, we are 14 miles away from Kapolei (Costco, Target, shopping malls). It is recommended to have a rental car for easier and more timely travel.

Step outside your door and enjoy access to the community’s exclusive recreation center—just a short walk away. Relax in the hot tub, take a dip in the swimming pool, or stay energized in the fully equipped fitness room. All this within the comfort and security of our beautiful gated community.

Ali’i Beach Rentals is a full-service professional vacation rental company. We have our own in-house maintenance, cleaning team, and professional property managers who are available by phone 24/7 in case of emergencies.

Location was perfect! We were visiting family who live close by. Enjoyed the privacy and felt very safe. The views were amazing, and we were only minutes from the beach and hiking. We were also close to places for dining, groceries and shopping. It was convent that the house had items needed for cooking, beach towels and beach gear. We’d definitely stay here again!

Super rental, lots of space, community pool and gym available, and not far from the beach and shopping facilities. Some items, such as beach chairs and umbrellas have seen better days and could do with a light and umbrella on the patio area, but all in all a great place to base yourself outside of Honolulu to explore O'ahu.

Beautiful area…the surrounding hills felt straight out of a Jurasic Park movie.

Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Fun hikes near by… The gated community felt very safe. We loved it!

Great new comfortable place to stay with beautiful surroundings!

We spent 3 days in ith our 3 boys here and it was a perfect comfortable and very new and clean place to stay. Convenience of having towels, beach chairs, washer/dryer and a kitchen with all the essentials made it an easy stay. It is. Bit further from some of the things we wanted to do but honestly I’d stay there again. Beautiful location. Secured area.

Great vacation

We were in Hawaii for my daughter’s graduation and this property worked out great for the whole family to stay in one place. The house was very comfortable and clean. There were really nice beaches close by as well as places to grab necessities and groceries. The one drawback was that while it was not very far from Honolulu, because of traffic it took an hour to get there.

The views!

What a gorgeous property. The mountain and sea views on the West side are incomparable. The furnishings are very modern and we loved being able to go outside in the mornings and sip coffee on the patio. It is also 6 solid minutes from the best shave ice place on the island! We will be back!

Clean, beautiful views

The property is beautiful, community is great. Views are awesome. Would definitely stay here again. Our only comment is the neighbourhood is not the nicest/safest in Oahu. Once you’re in the gated community, it’s great. But as soon as you leave, it can be a bit dicey. We did lots of travelling around the island, but didn’t feel safe exploring the beaches in the area. For the price and views, it was worth it for us. But would likely pick a different area next time!

Perfect Accomodations

We loved this beautiful 3 bedroom/2.5 bath house, it was absolutely beautiful and perfect in a beautiful location. The furnishings and beds were like new and so comfortable. It was stocked with everything needed including all kitchen items, washer & dryer, and extras in the garage like a cooler, beach chairs and boogie boards for the beach, and beach towels. Management was very prompt with all communication and check in was easy. Cannot say enough about this beautiful comfortable and peaceful property.
