Clean and spacioius flat in great location near Epic and downtown Verona!

Paoli Place is the main floor flat on a tree lined residential street. You will be close to everything when staying at Paoli Place. It is a great location if you are exploring Madison, Verona or Mt. Horeb and is ideal if you are working with Epic. We are located right on the Military-Ridge Bike Path that leads you to all of these locations. Additionally, we are a short walk to great coffee shops, the best locally owned bookshop and great bars and restaurants. Our home is designed for families, professionals or groups. This space is the main floor a three-flat home. The only shared space includes the outdoor space and a large foyer where all three main entrances are located at different levels.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. From the hand-written card and snacks welcoming us upon arrival, to the eco-friendly bathroom products, to the comfortable spaces, we felt right at home here! We also appreciated how dog-friendly this place is. The host was extremely responsive to questions and requests. This was our first time visiting Verona and hopefully won’t be our last!

Our family had fantastic stay a Paoli Place!! The owners were super helpful and responded quickly. The Loft was roomier than expected. The back yard is HUGE. Just a short walk to a main street that looks like a Kincaid painting. HopHaus had delicious brews and so welcoming. Could walk to the local grocery story and CostCo was a short drive away. Can't wait to go back!

Another 5 great nights in Verona. The desks in the 2 bedrooms worked out great for my son and I to get work done during the day. Room to spread out and relax. Nice area to walk around in. Quiet area. Very comfortable beds from someone that doesn’t normally sleep well in a hotel. Would book this place again if in the area.

Great place to stay!

The property was clean and very well stocked. The space was perfect for our group of 4. The neighborhood was quiet with easy parking on the property and easy access to numerous local sights and activities. The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and proactive on keeping us stocked with consumables. We had a great time!

Perfectly curated!

We had such a lovely stay! Very spacious and comfortable rooms and a nice backyard for sitting and watching the fireflies.The hosts had everything we needed and more. Board games, snacks, smart TV, extra blankets, bubbles for the kiddos and poo bags for your pup! There were even s'more fixings in the shared space. The space was decorated very well and we appreciated the cute touches. We didn't end up getting to it, but there is also a cute little lakeside park down the street. Seemed great for kids/families. Would absolutely stay there again :)

Convenient to the Ice Age Trail

We came to the Madison area to hike on the Ice Age trails in the area. This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this location. It's convenient and we really like the space. We'll come back again if we have the chance.

Perfect location and very comfortable

Love this place--super clean and comfortable. Perfect location--close to Epic but also easy to get to DT Madison. Owners were great (even after my little oven mishap). Sleeping arrangements are even better than the pics.

Comfortable home in a convenient location

We had a nice stay at Paoli Place. Very comfortable and clean. This was also a very convenient location for some events we were attending in Madison and nearby. I would stay there again. Very nice place.

Amazing VRBO in Verona, WI

This VRBO is nothing short of spectacular! It was very, very clean, and had so many nice touches, supplied by the hosts. It was in a wonderful location, with a bike/walk path just behind the backyard. The space was absolutely perfect for my husband & I in the King size bed/bedroom that had a nice "barn" door for privacy. My two friends each had their own bedrooms with Queen size beds. We all slept amazingly! The kitchen had so many terrific cooking utensils, pots, pans...coffee machines, yes plural, really more than one could ask for! The bathroom had a great shower too! The hosts were wonderful, and were very easy to reach for our our few questions. We were all so happy with this lovely VRBO we would recommend it to anyone coming to the Madison, WI, Verona area.

Comfortable, clean and quiet property that is just outside of Madison and extremely easy to get to. Check-in process and accommodations were excellent. Home was well stocked and clean. Would stay again!

Amazing view, modern stylish home

Beautiful sunset view of the Hudson from the upper deck. Spacious master suite. Thoughtful and stylish features throughout. Quiet and private. Lush, green and fully-fenced backyard. Large kitchen that's easy to cook in, big dining area. Many stairs, keep that in mind for people with mobility issues; both bathrooms are on the upper level. Beautiful and comfortable overall.

Wedding Weekend

The house was spacious and clean! We were able to bring our furry friends and they were welcomed with all the comforts too! A little basket of snacks was helpful as there was a lot of running around. The location of the house was perfect to walk our pups on the trail or into the town of Verona! Would recommend.

Clean and convenient; we would definitely rent again!

We stayed in the three bedroom unit on the main floor of this beautifully renovated house. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics ( we made lasagne) including several options for making coffee. The backyard and adjacent bike/walk trail were perfect for dog walking, and we strolled to Sow’s Ear and Icki Sticki for yummy treats. The new king bed was very comfortable, and there are two desks with good chairs if you need to work during your stay. The washer and dryer were handy, and are shared by the other two units in the house. Laundry and cleaning are done with low/no fragrance products, which was a big plus for one of us, who gets migraines from strong scents. We travel to the Madison area several times a year and would be happy to stay here again!

Comfy place in Verona with great hosts

Our 6 member family was needing a place to stay in Verona to visit family for the weekend and host a couple of guests. We found this listing and decided to give it a shot instead of going the hotel route. We were glad we did. Unit was just as advertised, clean and ready for our stay. The hosts were very responsive and even left us some welcome snacks for our late arrival. They also have a nice coffee maker and espresso machine and provided the means to make both! Nuts and bolts: all appliances worked well (you’d be surprised how many VRBOs we’ve stayed where this isn’t true), no hot water problems (even with 6 showers), plenty of blankets, good heat control, good location near Verona downtown, walking trail at the back of the property, lots of back yard, comfy beds and lots of pillows, good wifi and TV setup and secure doors. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend to others considering this property!

Tender Loving Care

I had lost my previous reservation due to someone hacking both of my credit cards. Michelle was very understanding of my situation. This trip was 3 generations of women celebrating my daughter’s birthday. Michelle assured me that everything was going to work out. And it did. She left me a kind note expressing concerns over my stressful day. She knew just what to put into our Welcome basket. I appreciated her extra kindness and effort to make us feel welcome in her inviting home.
