As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the sleek and contemporary design, with brand new furnishings and stylish decor. The entire property underwent renovations in July 2023, ensuring that everything is fresh and up-to-date. The bedrooms feature brand new mattresses, guaranteeing a comfortable and restful night's sleep for all guests.

The downstairs area includes a luxurious king bedroom with a full bathroom, providing ultimate convenience and privacy. Upstairs, you'll find the expansive master bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed and a stunning ensuite bathroom. This ensuite offers a luxurious soaking tub, double vanities, and a spacious walk-in shower for your indulgence.

In addition to the master bedroom, the upstairs level also features two more king bedrooms and a bunk room with four full-size beds. This makes our home perfect for accommodating large groups of up to 16 people. We also provide family-friendly amenities such as a pack n play and a high chair, ensuring a hassle-free stay for families with young children.

Entertainment options abound in this home , with a pool table, Xbox, and smart TVs equipped with streaming channels and cable. For some old-fashioned fun, we also provide a selection of board games. Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner's closet) via keypad entry.

Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation in the area.

Other Things to Note:
Primary Guest must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.
If you want the pool heated during your stay please make sure to reach out before booking to ensure it will be an option.

Check-in is at 4 pm
Check-out is at 10 am

Heated pool fee is $100/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Please keep in mind that there is only one heater, so the pool and the spa cannot be heated at the same time.
Hot tub does not have a blower.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

Please know that the jetted tub is not usable at the moment due to leaks in the jet lines. We are currently working on a permanent solution.
