OUR HOUSE RULES

* NO Smoking;

* NO Pets;

* Parking ONLY allowed in Garage and Driveway; Additional parking allowed near mailbox area; No parking on street;

* NO unregistered guests allowed; a fee will be charged for early check-in and late check-out requests.

* $200 gate remote replacement fee if remote is not returned;

Departure:
* Please remove all used bedding and place in laundry room;
* Leave refrigerator and freezer completely clean and empty;

* Please wash all dishes used during your stay;

* If the air fryer was used during your stay, please make sure it is clean prior to departure;

* If the microwave was used during your stay, please make sure it is clean prior to departure;

* Please place all trash in trash bags prior to departure, and place the bags in the city receptacle located in the garage; (city trash pick up days are Tuesdays and Fridays)

* Please observe the HOA’s Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am

* Please Do NOT move furniture.
