The property is in a great location - close enough to restaurants and shopping but in a spacious neighborhood for peace and quiet. The layout of the house provides a ton of space to hang out and still bring a large group.

Sheila’s house was AMAZING- clean, thoughtfully designed, plentiful gathering spaces, amazing views, and amazing pool time. The kitchen was stocked, along with the house including items like beach towels and pool toys. We had an incredible stay, and I would highly recommend.Sheila is a wonderful and communicative host, any questions I had were answered promptly. I would return to Sheila’s house in a heartbeat. We had a beautiful stay in Tucson!

Great get away with the family

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The night time views of the city from the hot tub were amazing. Communication with the owners was always extremely prompt!

Location Location Location

Beautiful property exactly as advertised! The location was perfect for easy/close accessibility to hiking, entertainment as well as food and shopping. The property itself is nestled in the foothills with great outdoor entertainment space and amenities!

Beautiful Home

Had the family stay here for a family celebration. The home was perfect for us with space for seven adults and five grandsons to spread out. Love the location and views. We will be back.

Great pick

This property was prefect, we had multiple families staying at this property. The house accommodated everyone comfortably (plenty of room to spread out). The game room was awesome for the teens. The outdoor space was cozy and the pool was great!

Property was clean and as advertised. Roomy and satisfactory. Cool that it was pet friendly so the pups could come along. Management was responsive and good to work with. Overall enjoyed the stay.

We LOVED staying here over Christmas! What a beautiful home for us to gather…with plenty of room for our large family and with fun spaces to spend time together. The game room was perfect for our adult/teenage kids to hang out in while we cooked Christmas Eve dinner and the hot tub and outdoor fireplace was the best way to end the day. My mom even took a swim in the pool on Christmas. Great views! Quiet neighborhood. Gorgeous decor. It felt like home…and honestly, I would move to Tucson and live in this home in an instant. Can’t wait for an excuse to return! Also: the hosts were so responsive and great to work with. 10/10 for sure!

Highly Recommend

Our stay consisted of parents, adult children, a child, and three dogs. Everyone enjoyed the property and we had more than enough room for the 7 individuals to spread out. The host provided prompt responses to our questions, and even went out of her way to inquire about specific activities in the area.We had no issues with pests, the house was clean, and the location was beautiful. My only regret is that we did not pay for pool heating. Although our visit was in mid June, the heating would have been worth the extra 60/day. The weather was in the mid 90s, but the pool sits in the shade the majority of the day. This issue was soley my fault, but I don't want others to make my same mistake.

Catfish house

The worst experience of my life was dealing with these people. From the moment I arrived, it was clear they saw me not as a guest but as a personal ATM. They harassed me constantly with baseless accusations and demands for additional payments. Despite admitting to fabricating claims, they continued to bombard me with disgusting messages and attempted to make unauthorized charges on my card, forcing me to seek legal counsel. The house is clearly not a home anyone has ever lived in or would want to. It’s merely a second property for making passive income, and the owner cares only about getting her paycheck. The photos are deceptive and don’t reflect the reality—it’s like house catfishing. Everything inside is from Goodwill or the clearance aisle of Walmart, and the place was filthy. Everything from the inside of the refrigerator, to the bathroom appliances, and the bedrooms had dirty sheets, making us not want to sit anywhere or even touch anything, and raising serious concerns about where the cleaning fee is going. Being in the desert, pest control is vital to protect against poisonous bugs like scorpions, of which multiple were present in the house. When notified, the owner showed no care or consideration. The yard also lacked a snake fence, and there was a rattlesnake, yet the owner was indifferent. Potential future guests, make sure to take pictures and document everything. This owner will fabricate claims to extract more money beyond the nearly five figures she already

This review is very concerning and extreme for the 2 minute conversation we had. All we asked her was if she brought a cat because of the cat litter and cat bag we found after she checked out. She became very defensive and highly aggressive. She even took it so far to leave us a google review. This guest DID NOT sleep at the property either...Please read all of our other reviews to ensure this home is LOCALLY managed and one of Tucsons favorite vacation rentals.
