Our 2-bedroom condo spans over 850 square feet and features high ceilings, filling the ground floor with natural light. This exquisite space includes:
- A queen bed and a double bed
- Two TVs (one with cable), free Netflix, and Wi-Fi
- A living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen
- A patio for relaxing
Our condo offers remarkable amenities, including:
- 24-hour security
- An on-site gym
- Landscaped lounges for relaxation
- Assigned parking
- A jogging trail
The rooftop provides an uninterrupted 360-degree view of Kingston, perfect for entertainment. The pool is ideal for soaking up the sun.
Guest Access
Our unit comfortably accommodates 2-4 guests. Visitors can be accommodated if the maximum occupancy allows, and their names must be provided to security in advance.

Early Check-In/Check-Out
To adequately prepare the space for our guests, we are able to facilitate early check-ins or late check-outs with advance notice.
Check-In
Check-in is anytime after 3pm. On the day your reservation begins, check-in instructions will be available in the Reservations Tab after 2:30pm. This includes details on Wi-Fi passwords and house rules.
Amenities Provided
To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide:
- Linen and supplies
- Toilet paper, hand soap
- Pots, pans, kettle, dishes, glassware, utensils, knives, and a trash bag
What to Bring
For a personalized stay, we recommend bringing:
- Bath toiletries and laundry detergent
- Specialty kitchen items (tinfoil, etc.)
Housekeeping and Supplies
We do not provide room service or restock supplies during your stay. Housekeeping service is available for an additional fee.

- Smoking, parties, and events are strictly prohibited
