Abbott’s Anchor Inn - Private 2BR Apartment - Lake Views & Boat Parking

Welcome to Abbott’s Anchor Inn—your Devils Lake home base for fishing trips, relaxing getaways, and longer work stays.

Our private two-bedroom apartment is attached to our home, much like one side of a duplex. You’ll have the entire apartment to yourselves, including your own entrance, full kitchen, living room, dining area, and bathroom. We live on the property, and the apartment shares a wall with our home.

LOCATION & LAKE VIEWS
Enjoy views of Devils Lake from the dining room and Bedroom 1. The boat launch is approximately half a mile away, and JD’s Bar and Grill is nearby. The property is conveniently located just off Highway 2. Please note that we have lake views but are not lakefront.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Sleeps up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms.

• Bedroom 1: One queen bed—sleeps 2.
• Bedroom 2: One queen bed—sleeps 2, plus one twin-over-twin bunk bed—sleeps 2, with one person on each bunk.

The six-person sleeping capacity assumes two guests share each queen bed. There are four individual sleeping surfaces. Groups needing separate beds should review this arrangement before booking. Bedding provided.

KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING SPACE
Prepare meals in the full kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cookware, dishes, utensils, and coffee maker.

The dining table seats four, with a table leaf and two additional chairs available to seat six. Relax in the living room or cook outdoors on the pellet grill.

Kitchen ventilation is limited, so please avoid heavy frying or cooking that creates substantial smoke.

BATHROOM
The apartment has one bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Towels and bed linens are provided.

BOAT & VEHICLE PARKING
Parking is available near your private entrance. Please coordinate boats, trailers, and additional vehicles with us before arrival. Send your vehicle count and approximate trailer length so we can confirm that your setup will fit.

Garage entrances must remain clear.

An outdoor outlet near the grill is available for boat plug-in. Please bring your own outdoor-rated extension cord.

OPTIONAL GARAGE
An unheated single-stall garage with a manual door may be available for an additional fee. Please confirm availability, pricing, and dimensions with us before booking.

LAUNDRY & LONGER STAYS
There is no guest-accessible washer or dryer in the apartment. Host-provided laundry service may be arranged for an additional fee, with a 24-hour turnaround. Please confirm availability and pricing in advance.

Longer stays are welcome. Please review the sleeping arrangements and coordinate any work vehicles or trailers before booking.

IMPORTANT DETAILS
• Maximum overnight occupancy is 6 guests. Include everyone staying in your reservation.
• The apartment is attached to our home and shares a wall with our living space.
• The property has lake views but is not lakefront.
• No fish or wild-game cleaning or processing is permitted anywhere on the property.
• Garage parking and laundry service are optional, subject to availability, and cost extra.
