Relax with the whole family at this 18 acre ranch right next to HWY 4 and Coyote Creek. 3 bedroom 1 bath house and a 1 bedroom 1 bath pool House with loft. Close to the town of Murphy’s known for its wine tasting, shops + dining. 3 miles to Ironstone Vineyards + Amphitheater. Other attractions near by are Big Trees State Park, Bear Valley Ski Resort, Moaning Caverns, Mercer Caverns, 10 minute drive to the town of Angels Camp, 20 minutes from Columbia State Park, 30 minutes from the historic downtown Sonora.

We enjoyed the stay and easy access to Murphys. The house was well furnished with a unique feel. The hosts were lovely and quick to respond.

Girls Trip!

We decided to have our annual girls trip in Muprhys. The house pool house was perfect for the 4 of us. It’s a very charming house with nice touches throughout. My only complaints were the noise level since it backs up to the main road and initially it was sort of hard to find, but the owner did send a message on the landmark to look out for which was helpful We had a fantastic time.

Dog's paradise

This is a beautiful property with lots of room for the kids and dogs to run. The farm house is charming and makes you want to leave the city and buy a farm yourself!

Great place to stay - amazing property

We stayed here with friends for the weekend to go to a concert. Great property super relaxing will definitely go back next time we are in Murphy's. Bobby is a great host as well made sure we were okay when the power went out. :)

Weekend get away

We had a great time at this property. The home was well appointed, clean and a great outdoor space. The only drawback is that it's so close to Hwy 4 so a bit noisy and not easy to walk anywhere from the property. All in all a great house and we are very thankful anytime we can take our pup with us. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful home with gorgeous views

We had an amazing time here, exploring the land with our dogs and relaxing in the evenings with our family enjoying the gorgeous views. The house is beautiful, cozy, and well-maintained, complete with everything you could possibly want or need. We're definitely planning to return!

Great House, Great Location

The house was beautifully decorated with a lot of attention to detail and was very well equipped. The grounds are lovely - a lot of space to roam around, there's also a pool which we didn't get to use due to the weather, but I bet would be lovely in the summertime. Bobby is a great host and we really enjoyed our stay, will try to come back in the summer!

Girls trip

It’s a very quaint house, 2 bedrooms downstairs, 1 bedroom upstairs ( we are older so we were cautious about the stairs). There is a fireplace, TV’s in every room. Well stocked with dishes, W/D, all the amenities , we sat out on the back patio for drinks. Very nice relaxing experience.

Good time in Murphys

The house in Murphys was very comfortable, clean, roomy and well-appointed. We had everything we needed and more. The house was nice and warm. The porches and grounds around the house were beautiful. The house is close to Hwy 4, which is noisy. Communication with the host was easy.

Cute house

We had a nice weekend here. The house is very cute and cozy. I liked how close it was to Murphys - had a good dinner there one night. Also drove over to Calaveras Big Trees State Park, which was magical. The house was closer to Hwy 4 that I would have expected, so it wasn’t quite as peaceful as we had hoped for. But we still had a lovely time.

The Porch Life

My husband & I plus our 2 dogs had a great stay enjoying the porch and the pool. We enjoyed playing frisbee with our dogs in the grassy yard that wraps around the house. When we got hot, the pool was a refreshing place to float about all to ourselves. And when we got hungry we shopped at the friendliest, local market which is only about 3-4 minutes up the street and BBQ-ed on the porch! What a great place to stay! Plus Bobby, the host, is willing to go above and beyond to make your stay perfect!

Amazing Stay

We rented Bobby’s property to celebrate my niece and nephews (twins) 12th birthday. It was the perfect stay! The kids enjoyed the pool and the three adults loved the relaxing country feel. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Before arriving Bobby even placed balloons and presents for the kids in the entry way. It was so sweet and unexpected. The kids really loved their gifts and felt very special to receive them. We saw frogs, lizards and even a small snake. The house is well equipped and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to go back again! Thank you so much for everything Bobby!

Great Get Away

We enjoyed this property so much and of course the pool!!! We spent all day in the pool and you could just walk right in. We had the house and pool house. Wish there was a microwave in the pool house and the beds were at least queen size. (they are all full size). This isnt even a complaint, but all the rugs throughout both houses need a non-slip grip under them. We were all slipping and sliding during our stay. We almost all fell a few times. We should have just rolled them all up to move them out of the way. Bobby, our host was wonderful!!! We all agreed we cant wait to come back again next summer!!!
