Our well appointed, year round, waterfront, three story log cabin has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & a bonus room with a beautiful view of the lake! It offers everything for families and friends, who want to create lasting memories, and enjoy a fabulous lakeside retreat and/or outdoor adventure! Luxury log cabin with comfortable beds, strong wifi, common area work space, fully stocked kitchen with open floor plan, washer/dryer & cozy oversized furniture to make you feel at home. Enjoy our private waterfront property with dock to fish, boat, waterski/tube, kayak, paddle board, swim & watch stunning sunsets! Venture out to nearby areas to hike, golf, cross country ski, snowshoe, ice fish, snowmobile & ski.

Located in the center of all that Maine has to offer! Only 15 minutes to Interstate 95, 15-20 minutes to Colby College/Thomas College and downtown Waterville, 30 minutes to Augusta, 1 hour to Sugarloaf Mountain (skiing/snowboarding) and 2 hours to Acadia National Park.

Cabin Layout & Details:

Top Level: Spacious Master Bedroom with vaulted ceiling, plush king size bed and private full bathroom. Just outside the bedroom (at the top of the stairs) is a loft area with two cozy papasan chairs and a beautiful view of the lake and trees.

Main Level: Keyless entryway from the side deck, spacious open concept living, dining & kitchen area for gathering with friends & family, a large bedroom with a plush king size bed and a full bathroom with a washer/dryer off of the kitchen area. On this level, walk out the Anderson door to the large wrap around deck with lots of outdoor seating: comfortable couches, high top table w/chairs, gas grill for cookouts and a beautiful view of the lake and trees.

Lower Level: Large family/bonus room with board games, puzzles, dart board & mini fridge. This area can be used for additional sleeping space (double futon, queen & twin air mattresses) and includes a full bathroom and spacious bedroom with a plush queen size bed. On this lower level, walk out the Anderson door to access the crushed stone driveway/garage area, porch swing and chairs or stroll down to the lake.

Each level has a Smart TV to stream your favorite movies & shows on your personal accounts (Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Hulu & Live TV). There is a 2 car garage where floats, inner tubes, life jackets & corn hole are stored for your use & convenience.

Across the private gravel road is the lakefront property with a fire pit and chairs and a gradual hill that declines to the water's edge with 4 kayaks & 1 paddle board on a rack, a storage bin with noodles & life jackets and a dock for your use.

On-site parking for up to 4 cars.

Other things to note:
-We ask that you please take good care of our cabin and property, and be respectful of the surrounding neighbors.

-No smoking (indoors/outdoors), no pets, no parties or events, no sitting on indoor furniture with wet bathing suits

-Quiet hours: 10pm-8am

-Must be 25+ years of age to book a reservation

-Guests are liable for any damage to the property during occupancy (report damages to owner, immediately)
