Our apartment is located on the 4th floor in a new apartment building with elevator in Hverfisgata, right downtown Reykjavik. Just around the corner is the main street Laugavegur with all the shops, bars and restaurants that Reykjavik has to offer. Grocery store is just across the street. In the basement we have private parking space.

Our apartment has tree bedrooms, the master bedroom has King Size bed ( 180x200 cm ) , second bedroom has Double bed ( 140x200xm ) and the third bedroom has single bed ( 90x200 cm ), we can then add another single bed if needed. Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need. Form the kitchen you can enter our balcony, nice to sit there and enjoy your morning coffee. Living room has nice sitting area with view over the city. We have tv and streaming services like Netflix etc.

We have baby crib and high chair for your children.

We provide linen, towels and soap etc.

We manage over 100 properties here in Iceland, most of them in the Reykjavik area and also outside of Reykjavik.  Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik.  We also offer long term renting.
